After finding Jamie via Chat GBT, we had a great conversation over the phone, I sent my 14 year old Geberit Novopress ACO202 off and the next day received a phone call from Jamie explaining the repair cost or a alternative refurbished machine, he said he had all the original parts in stock to repair my machine so I opted for that as it was more cost effective for myself, 2 days later my crimp machine was delivered, well packaged and protected, all working 100% the repair had been undertaken, a service performed and a certificate of crimp pressure provided, an absolute top bloke would highly recommend Press-Cal, great knowledge, great service 👌👌

after an internet search to find a company who could repair and calibrate our machine tool and jaws ,i found press.cal. after contacting them ,iI was sent a pre paid label for collection from our site ,
the job was completed very quickly and returned in a couple of days (it took our last company 8weeks to complete ,we have more units to send over when required ,a great service would highly recomend

Brilliant communication from day one when i had my press gun & jaws in for calibration . 3/4 days turn around time from dropping it off at the post office to being delivered back to me which is unbeatable by any company i've dealt with previously or spoke to .

After contacting a variety of press tool service agents these guys got back to me and actually made the process easy and when they found an issue they sorted it out too and helped me sort my warranty! I contacted Jamie at press cal about a faulty nova presstool . His response was really fast . When he received the presstool he diagnosed the issue & prepared the estimate, which I was more than happy with . My press tool is already on its way back to me . I can’t recommend highly enough

Jamie made it so simple to get my presstool serviced. He supplied me with a post label. All I had to do was drop it off at the post office and within a couple of days it was back to me. I couldn’t recommend press-cal enough. 10/10 service from start to finish 5⭐️
