Great value, amazing support.

I had a complicated site migration and Presssable went out of their way to help me move from my previous hosting.

So far, excellent service throughout. Everyone is so at-tentative and on an issue within any initial onboarding issues. If the level of service we have so far experienced carries on like this then we will be more than pleased!

Prices are very average.

OMG Jessica in customer support is the best! My site wasn't loading on my laptop; I kept getting expired SSL certificate errors even though Jessica was able to verify that the certificate was current.

I am not a web designer and know zilch about the technical aspects. But I felt like I was in good hands. Jessica was kind and patient and was ready to work the problem until she figured it out - it took over an hour! She even gave me suggestions on how to prevent this from happening in the future. Jessica is amazing at her job - do whatever you have to to keep her! Kudos to her and to whoever trained her.

Customer service like this is exactly why I chose Pressable and why I will stay with you folks!

We recently made the switch to Pressable for hosting a number of our client and our own WordPress and WooCommerce sites. The features Pressable offers are now essentials for us: database syncing, site copying, hack recovery, guaranteed uptime, and server failover. It's been a game-changer. Sure, there are a few minor features missing, but nothing we find ourselves missing on a daily basis.

The only challenge now is moving about 80 sites to Pressable, but thankfully, their migration tools are user-friendly, that makes it feel a bit less daunting
