I am so sorry to hear that your parcel did not arrive on the 24th of November as scheduled. Unfortunately, DPD do not advise us if there is a delay in delivery however if there are ever any concerns please do reach out to us via email or Whatsapp and the Team will get back to you as quickly as we can!
I can see from the tracking that delivery was attempted on the 24th and DPD should have left a calling card to notify you of this.

Bad experience!
Customer service never respond to my complaint that items missing in my first order. A second order supposedly couldn't be delivered for four consecutive days. Apparently, no one was home. However, I work from home.

I was only sent 2 apple and cinnamon…
I was only sent 2 apple and cinnamon drinks instead of 3- for a 3 day cleanse and received an extra lean green in its place.
The apple cinnamon was the only I looked forward too

Press were really great. A good litmus test of any company is how they respond when things go wrong. Georgina went to great lengths to help with a failed delivery and resolved it for me. Also, delicious!

Excellent communication and support
I sent an email requesting to delay my order by a few days. Ami responded within minutes to confirm which day I would like the order to be delivered. The communication was very quick and Ami ensured to resolve my query immediately whilst ensuring that there was nothing else I needed support with.

So disappointed
So disappointed. I order the two week protein meal pack and so far everyone meal has been dry, lack of flavour/taste and just not enjoyable. I love healthy food and just wanted some prepared meals to enjoy when I am short on time but they are awful. Such a waste of money as they were not cheap either.

Can't recommend Press highly enough
Can't recommend Press highly enough! I have lost 2 stone to date (since the 31st of August 2025) and not only this, my skin is so much better, my sleep and energy - it's genuinely been a revolution to my life. My husband and I are doing a weekly cleanse now as a standard part of our lifestyle. The soups and juices are delicious too!

Totally delicious and so good for me

109 g of sugar in 1 day Advanced Cleanse!
The good:
- Timely delivery with great packaging
-Products seem to be clean and of high quality
The bad:
- I could literally feel my blood sugar spike one day 1 of the Advanced Cleanse. This led me to check the ingredients and I was extremely disappointed to find that despite the cleanse only adding up to under 700 Calories for one day, the juices actually contain over 100g of sugar (it doesn't matter that this is naturally occurring, sugar is sugar).
