Scam

First, I did a ton of work to create the outline of my presentation in the prompt section. Then they suddenly hit me with the subscription page that lost all my work after paying for the subscription. I redid everything but when it came to actually generating the presentation I got a message saying that my graphics card didn't support WebGL or something, which is nonsense.

Scam

The free trial made an amazing presentation (that you can't download without paying) so I paid for a year. The paid service is nothing like the free trial. I can't even make a basic PowerPoint with the same prompt I used to make the trial presentation. Total scam.

Hidden charges, no way to unsubscribe – feels like a scam

I strongly warn others about Presenti. Their website does not provide any clear place to unsubscribe or cancel. I emailed their support team many times, and the replies came from an unrelated email address (“boysun” with China mail address), which felt suspicious and unprofessional. More, I paid for 1 month pack instead of monthly subcription, but they kept auto charge.

Instead of giving me a real cancellation option, they kept circling around without solving the problem. Meanwhile, they kept auto-charging my card $10 every month. In the end, I had to block and cancel my card just to stop it, very inconvenient and frustrating.

If a service doesn’t allow transparent cancellation and forces customers into closing their own bank card, that’s a huge red flag. In my experience, Presenti operates like a scam, and I do not recommend trusting them with your payment details.
