Beware!

They called me several times, pressuring me to give them my debit card. i finally did because i have no money to pay for scripts. Then i saw the bad reviews and when they called me pressuring me to pay, i told them i was no longer interested. Yet they still charged me 109 bucks. i tried to resolve this thru the BBB but all i got was the run runaround from the business. on their website in the FAQs, it tells you how to cancel. you can only cancel after you've paid th one time $50 fee and first month's cost for scripts. so that's their scam. and they require your SSN to cancel. Beware!!!

I have also been fooled into believing…

I have also been fooled into believing that this business is trying to help people such as I. I talked to GSK and they have received nothing from this company as to my application etc. I am now without Trelegy thinking that they would send everything to GSK on my behalf, so that I can receive my medication. I need it. On February 13th, they contacted me, and still nothing.

Total, complete BS!

I fell like a total idiot. I’m in desperate need of Dupixent. I was referred to this “supposed” medication assistance program by Dupixent My Way. I paid this joke of a company, $109.95 to join and $59 as a monthly charge to pay for the meds. 3 months later, NOTHING. I left 5 voicemails, no call-backs. I was later HUNG UP ON, the next 3 times I called when someone actually answered! I finally emailed them and got a reply of LIES, false promises and their usual excuses. Today, it finally dawned on me, that this whole organization may be a scam! They charged me, but after waiting for 2 more months, NOTHING, but more excuses and BS about “processing” my papers? NO!

Beware of being duped by this third party

This is a third party outfit that I never authorized. as part of my program. I was approved by Lilly Cares for a financial "scholarship" for the expensive medication. After a year the medication was discontinued, but I kept getting billed $59 a month. In trying to get the monthly charge cancelled, I learned that the medication from Lilly was always cost free. Rx123 (a couple other names too it seems) somehow accessed my information, and they were able to bill me, though I did not have any direct communication with them.

Beware! They offer no legit service.

This company is NOT patient advocates.

This company is NOT patient advocates. It is a scam money maker that takes your money, promises discounted medication, makes you fill out lots of paperwork, wait and wait for a decision and then respond with attitude by non-compassionate customer service rep and inexperienced manager who cannot troubleshoot the high anxiety causing situation. Do NOT use this company.

This company does business under other names under Prescription Assistance 123 LLC

This company does business under other names but the phone number provided is the same. I was hopeful they could help me with getting assistance in paying for prescriptions. The phone number is for the sales Dept. I was asked my monthly income and then told I qualified requiring a $50 application fee and $59.95 monthly for my medications. I was encouraged to sign up as it was the end of the year and programs could close soon. I was emailed all the forms required to submit and on the same day my credit card was immediately charged. I noticed they sent the same application forms on the drug mfg. websites.I was given a customer service phone number if I had questions about filling out the forms. I called customer service when I was ready to mail my forms. On 1 form I asked about what included assets, referencing should I include my checking account balance. The rep advised me to leave it blank (I did not) That was my first red flag. My next application noted on the bottom to provide a Proof of spend Medicare part D (showing my out of pocket costs). I advised The representative I had mailed my forms (I had not and did include it in the forms I mailed to them) she said they would contact me after reviewing my forms if more information was needed they would contact me. The mfg. website states OutOfPocket costs must be more than $600 to qualify. That required document was not listed in the forms required by prescription assistance 123. That was my second red flag. So I have now paid $109.95. At this point I did my due diligence late as it may be. The BBB website in Florida (Prescription Assistance 123 LLC) was included in my research. After a total of 17days I decided to cancel my application with prescription assistance 123 on the 17th day and write off the $109.95 I had been charged for on day 1. I was concerned I may face delays in spite of my deligence. If these were errors on their part, there is no excuse for that when it could cause the client to incur additional costs. So I would suggest they review their process with their employees.I was able to cancel over the phone with a customer service representative and asked for a confirmation number. I thought how odd my cancellation confirmation number is the ID# assigned to me on my first phone call. I suggest the company find another process to assign a confirmation number when cancelling.I’d like to note according the information on the drug manufacturers website I would not qualify for free drugs or drugs at a reduced cost. I was seeking assistance with 2 drugs. If I only qualified for assistance with 1 drug my monthly fee would remain at $59.95.There is no comparable drug that could be used in place of my name brand drugs per my Dr although Prescription Assistance 123 states they will work with the Dr in obtaining a suitable replacement. I feel that would only delay my processing and I would possibly face another $59.95 monthly charge. Would I recommend this company? The answer is no. They say applying for assistance on your own is tedious, it is not. Lastly Google is your friend. If you need prescription assistance use a non profit organization who has a .org web address. If your income is so low and your prescriptions are provided thru this company you will still pay a monthly fee. That is a cost someone who truly needs financial help could not burden and you can never recoup money you have paid to date. They say if you are denied you will receive a refund. I decided to cancel before finding out how long and how much money I could be refunded. Once you hang up with the sales representative you Have entered a binding agreement with Prescription Assistance 123. Some states allow you to cancel that agreement in a certain number of days. I was preoccupied with gathering required forms and signatures to cancel within that time frame. All the statements I have made here are true and recount my personal experience. An individual can do the same process as this company and save themselves the fees this for profit company charges.I have agreed to let trust pilot notify prescription assistance 123 of this review in hopes they will review and make improvements to provide better customer service, and to ensure they dispose/destroy my confidential and personal information to avoid my identity being compromised.Having worked in customer service in a call center environment this company has been a disappointment regarding the level of service I expect when doing business.I expect a company to exceed my expectations so far this company has not. The only thing this company could do to improve my view in a more favorable light would be to provide a full refund and at the very least a refund of $59.95. The only service they provided was emailing me the forms, answering questions and disposing off my paperwork when they receive it
