Working in Central London, finding well prepared, balanced and nutritious home-style cooking can be an elusive and exhausting search….I am pleased to say that in PrepSZN’s Caribbean-themed lunches, the search is over! Personal Trainer Kai Cooke puts his heart and soul into every meal - and it shows!

I’ve been ordering from Prepszn UK for a little while now and honestly, it’s been a game changer. The meals are not only super convenient but also packed with flavour you can really tell everything is made with care. I love that the menu has a Caribbean twist while still being healthy and balanced, which makes eating clean so much easier (and way more enjoyable!).

The portions are perfect, everything arrives fresh, and delivery has always been on time. It’s clear they put a lot of effort into both the food and the service. If you’re looking for tasty, nutritious meals that actually make you look forward to eating healthy, I can’t recommend Prepszn enough.

This food prep service is by far the best I have tried ! Trust me when I say I have tried a couple including some well known meal prep services, in terms of taste and quality this is by far #1! I ordered with low expectations on the taste and the quality. However, this has exceeded my expectations! Going forward this will be my main meal prep service I will be using !
