Prepped offers some great choices for meal prep. I would highly recommend the Smoked Turkey and Chermoula meals.
During the subscription period, an issue was encountered with the delivery received - it contained damaged Items and a missing meal. However, that was resolved promptly with a full refund.
I took the opportunity to try Prepped Meals with the January promotion - I would say without a promotion campaign running the meals can be expensive.

Balanced tasty meals. Highly recommend if you’re goal is to eat clean.

The meals were all too salty and the choice of meals was out of stock so you end up with the same stuff each week.

Loved every "bit" of it - Made my dinners something to look forward too!

Enjoyed the food, I was happy with it overall and would definitely be keen to try it again. I did feel it was made a lot of love to be fair and the flavours were incredible.

My only downside is the website - it would be good if they could have a subscription model rather than needing to manually order every week. I think if they could make the website more seamless then that would be great.

I think the meals are to salty for me

The consistency of the flavour alone is worth 5 stars, but the flavour itself? That deserves a standing ovation 👏🏾 12/10, no question. Every bite is packed with depth, richness, and freshness you rarely find in meal prep.

The presentation is spot-on, and the chicken tastes like it’s just been lifted off a sizzling BBQ grill!! Juicy, smoky, and perfectly cooked. The rice? Immaculate. Light, and so aromatic and beautifully seasoned that you could happily eat it all by itself. And the vegetables… oh, the vegetables! Usually with meal prep, the veg ends up sad, soggy, and mushy by the time it arrives. But here? They’ve nailed it. Crisp, vibrant, bursting with flavour- it’s absolute perfection. They do more stuff e.g pulled beef and I could go on…!

Honestly, I only wish I’d found Prepped sooner😭. I’ve tried so many meal prep boxes on my search, but the journey ends here🙅🏾‍♀️. This is the gold standard. Please, don’t ever change the chef because right now, the quality is flawless.🤌🏾

Great quality food prep. Always using the best ingredients. I have tried many meal prep companies but I can say prepped is by far the best.
I have been using them weekly for over a year on their bulk products and food is consistently good and aligns with my macros.

Interesting tasty meals - perfectly cooked and good quality ingredients.

Lots of choice - I had 10 different meals and only a couple weren't to my taste but I still ate them all!

Reheat perfectly and freeze very well.

More veg would be a good addition.

Unfortunately I've just been told to stick to a low saturated fat diet and the full nutritional information isn't provided so I won't be able to order again. I did ask them via their contact form but didn't hear back.

Will be keeping an eye out to see if they add this information and would order again without hesitation
