Terrible customer service
Terrible customer service. First attempt at ordering and there was an error with my delivery and nothing arrived. Tried calling four times to find out what was going on and didn't get a response for 24hours. They will not keep you on hold to wait to speak to only one of two customer service reps because there is only one incoming line and they don't reply to emails. Finally got a response from someone who apologised and booked me in for a delivery the week after. Annoying but they said they would give me some additional meals as a gesture.
We are now a week later when my delivery should be. No text or email to confirm that my delivery would be arriving no one to speak to in customer service and still waiting for a phone call back.
Their brand appears to be high quality and premium, having spent £130 on meals for 5 days I have to say i was expecting a far far better service. DO NOT USE THE COMPANY. In my opinion lazy, over stretched and useless.
Waiting with bated breath to see what arrives first, my call back or my meals. Stay tuned....
