If screwed up, blame accounts

If screwed up, blame accounts.
My payment on the invoice was not noticed and no order was processed.
My 3-4 days to completion order will now be delayed by at least 6 days.
We'll call you back (nope, had to call back b4 they closed).
No 'sorry' either.

Follow up 1: The glass did turn up a week later but only to be partially wrong size. What's also interesting is that this company somehow removes negative feedback they've got. The popular G something Maps ... My review was removed there. Don't trust positive reviews if negative ones can be removed!
Follow up 2: If company keeps fully rewriting replies than this becomes pathetic. My facts do not change. I never said that I didn't get my order in the end. I did but it was late. A 'rectifying' promise was made by the company but never actioned. No, I'm NOT looking for a refund to change my review, the latter is my honest experience and a warning to others.

Hi dl,
As before the glass was ordered in as had to be tempered which takes a process , I had asked you in previous coms to contact me at the office , I believe you have my email still so please let me know

I am sorry for your dissatisfaction but we did make every effort to rectify that the glass was outside of acceptable tolerances .
Ihave noted by your profile it seems you are unhappy with many services , I'm sure like myself the other businesses to which have been left poor reviews would assist with your complaints if given the chance
