Sent company my late father's record player to be fixed in February. Emailed the company to enquire about how long it would take to repair and recieved a response saying it would be looked at the following. It is now late April and the company do not respond to my fortnightly emails and will not return my record player. This is a scam. They have taken the fee and stolen my record player. I am now pursuing via county courts.
Promised a refund for ipads they couldn't fix. 12 months down the line nothing. Emails being ignored. AVOID AT ALL COSTS...
Terrible communication, my Ipod Touch has been with this company since late January 2026 (it's now mid April 2026). They (or Dan as he calls himself) acknowledged receipt in January and told me I needed a new screen (I had sent it in for a replacement battery only), Dan tried to get me to pay for a new screen but I refused this and just asked for the replacement battery. After waiting a month I was eventually contacted me by email on 23rd March 2026 I was told me they would be sending it back repaired within a day or two, I have not received the ipod and they will not reply to my emails and do not answer my phone calls. My advice is do NOT use this company for anything but a long lonely rate/ I will update if I ever hear from them or get my ipod back.
This company took my record player and after months of emails then eventually returned it - unfixed. Then no refund despite weekly emails. I am going to peruse this legally as this company is obviously a scam.
Daniel Patterson is a scammer. I don't say this lightly either, I sent some dj equipment in for repair and it appears I shall not be getting my equipment back. He will happily reply to receive your deposit and any equipment, but that's where his service stops. The address he has listed on his website is fake, apparently he has unit 37, unit 46 and unit 50 on the same industrial site. Well I drove the 250 miles today to discover he doesn't actually trade out of any of his listed addresses. Apparently he now works from home, so has £1000's worth of people's tech just sat in his house. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY THAT ALSO INCLUDES GAMER-TECH! YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED
I have since the 15th of July 2025 still awaiting my DJ Controller back from this service which was out for repair. & like other customers who also have put 1 star they say they have a turnaround time of less than 2 weeks. I even gave them over £50 for an inspection for it & they still have not fixed it.
Absolutely fantastic service, was guided through the whole process from date i enquired about there service to the day i recieved it back.fast & efficeint.being a truck driver i explained i needed it back asap.they certainly did that.il be sending all my tech equitment to them from now on keep up the great work lads.& thankyou again.
Don't use this company. I sent my CD player in June 2025. I received an update in Sept 2025 and then silence. He's stopped answering the phone and hasn't replied to my emails. Still has my CD player and the money I sent to repair it. At best he's overwhelmed, taken on too much work and can't manage (although has an updated website and portal that works), at worst he's just scamming people.
Sent a laptop for screen repair last September (2025), it came back in December and the screen was smashed, presumably as it was poorly packaged. I contacted them and they sent a label to return it to be replaced. Since then I have had no responses to emails and the telephone number has an answer machine message telling you to email. This computer belongs to the charity I work for and we thought repairing it was going to be straightforward. At the moment we are out of pocket for the repair and a computer short.
Customer service is horrendous, i sent off the equipment on the 24th of February it is now the 25th of march and all I have received is confirmation of receiving my equipment which was over 3 weeks ago. Since then I have written several emails asking for an update and had zero.it is especially frustrating as they had told me it will only take a week. The system they have doesn’t work, they should take a deposit and then take a payment once it’s repaired.instead taking your money and leaving you guessing!
Sent a Sat Nav for repair in August, followed by a confirmation email. It is now March of the following year and they take no phone calls and reply to no emails. They were quick enough on the phone when chasing the business. Left with no recourse and a lot of money down. Very disappointed.
On January 29th I had my Akai AP-206c turn table delivered to this company and despite what I thought was adequate protection the turntable cover was broken in transit.
Even though they have emailed me to inform me that they cannot find fault with the turntable that prompted me to advise them to return to me.
After several unanswered emails and two telephone calls(to message) I was informed that a the telephone query would prompt a reply within one working day. No response. Unfortunately I read the reviews on this company before I sent them my turntable & had I known of their incompetence I would not have used them.
They have my turntable & yet show no indication that they will return it. How can this be an efficient organisation or is it some peculiar scam.
I feel my only recourse is to seek address in the small claims court

Turntable has now been returned in my original packaging. The lid is indeed broken but this could not have happened on original journey. Packaging was substantial and fragile tape used. No repair has been made and the playing arm was not even secured for the return but left to bounce around. Appalling service - lazy and sloppy. Do not use this company.

Never use this company I say that loosely as it is clearly just one man who had a girlfriend or wife answering the phone who is no longer there I sent him my citronic SM440 mixer and PCB board to be repaired on the 7/2025 after about 3 months I got an email saying there was nothing wrong with my PCB board and couldn’t test the mixer because he didn’t have anything to do it with yes he did it was the PCB board that I sent with the mixer that was mid last year have not heard from him since despite all the emails I have sent to him saying just tell me what i owe you I just want my mixer PCB and flight case back the last email was yesterday if I don’t hear from him in a few days I will start court proceedings against him for theft of my items.
I know they have my very exepensive
speaker as they have confirmed it but two months later there is radio silence on whether it can be fixed. I have sent several messages all met with ailence.
It is a very expensive speaker which i use for work and I have no idea if I will ever see it again. Do not use!

At first things seemed good, quick response about the possible problem with my Technics turntable, Felt confident that they knew what they were doing and they seemed to have experience with and the parts to repair the problem. I purchased a turntable inspection. All seemed good, FedEx picked up and I had confirmation that it had been received.
That was the last I heard, over a month later I contacted them to get an update, got no response. I then did some Internet exploring and found many negative comments about them and inaccuracies within their Web site.
I decided to requested my turntable back untouched, again no response, this went on for months until I had exhausted all possible avenues bar taking legal action, at which point I had communication from them and got my turntable returned to me.
So all I'll say is beware! The 'company' isn't as slick and shiny as the Web site suggests. If you use them be prepared for problems. I would give negative stars if I could due to the inadequate performance and total lack of communications from them.
To sum it up, I lived on a barge for years, I wouldn't touch them with your bargepole let along mine.... you have been warned.
Still waiting for a refund for a repair that hasn't been completed. Contact is non existent. They are a disgrace. It took months to get my equipment back and it still doesn't work
Sent in our Nintendo switch to be repaired. They said they only recieved an empty box 😡this clearly isn’t true, emails sent being answered. Police say it’s a civil matter so going to have to go higher to get my switch replaced
