Account Inactivity Policy Overview
Inactivity Threshold and Communication
An account is flagged as inactive if there has been no active service for a continuous period of three (3) months (90 days). This 90-day period starts from the last recorded instance of active service.

We initiate a communication protocol for inactive accounts:

Email 1 (Day 60 of Inactivity): An initial notification is sent to inform you that your account is becoming inactive.

Final Notification (Email 2 — 90 Days): If no action is taken, a final notification is sent to inform you that your account has been suspended due to inactivity.

Account Status Progression and Closure
After 90 days of continuous inactivity and no action taken by the customer, access to the account portal may be restricted or locked until a reactivation process is completed.

Upon permanent closure due to inactivity, all customer data is handled according to our data retention and privacy policies.

Unused Credit Balance on Closure and Reactivation
Our policy states that all funds added to a customer’s account are strictly non-refundable once applied as credit for services. Customers are advised to only add funds they intend to use.

For accounts that have been permanently closed due to inactivity, and where any unused credit balance has been forfeited and processed, a customer wishing to resume services must:

Submit a new order for the desired service(s) through the standard process.

Make the required payment for this new order.

Submit a support ticket to our billing team, providing proof of your previous account (e.g., old account ID, email address) and any record of your unused credit balance from the time of closure (unused credit screenshot/invoice).

Upon verification of the previous unused credit, we will, as a gesture of goodwill, credit the value of that unused balance to your customer credit balance within 24-48 hours of successful verification. This credit will then be applied towards the renewal of subscriptions or new servers. Please note that all such requests are subject to due verification.

All this is mentioned in our terms and conditions and we apologize for any inconvenience or distress this has caused. Our customer support team is available to assist you further and guide you through the reactivation and credit recovery process, as outlined in our policy. Please submit a billing ticket, with new order reference referencing your previous account details, and we will do our best to resolve this for you in accordance with our stated terms.

The immediate shutdown and data handling are consequences outlined in our terms for such violations, as we must prioritize the security and integrity of our entire network.

You Paid through credit card and refund for abusive /fraud order has been issued and we have given you refund confirmation link from 3rd party payment gateway,
All bank card refund takes atlease 10+ Working days to reach to your bank Account.
you forget to mention that you didnot Provided us docunents as per requirements also you didnt given your contact number KYC is important for every business.
