Convenient Parking, Great Customer Service

Easy to use and very convenient parking. Customer service is responsive and helpful. Duke C. assisted me when I made a reservation under the wrong zone, he was extremely helpful, kind, professional and even made sure to get back in contact with me after our call dropped. He was a typically stressful situation a breeze.

Cynthia Alagas was very professional and kind to help me today. We are 81 yrs old and low tech. She filled out the form with explanation involving with us trying to pay for paid parking in New Orleans on April 12, 3026. We thought, with assistance from another person also parking that we had been successful in completing the task.
Cynthia was very very kind and helpful.

Average parking experience

My overall experience was manageable. Setting up the account was confusing due to miscommunication with employer and this parking contractor. Despite the miscommunication, the contractor worked to get me squared away with no issues. Questionable choices for a few parking spaces at my location, however I would grade my experience as average.

I had a dilemma that was half legit and…

I had a dilemma that was half legit and half scam and the scam side of it went into a rabbit hole immediately and I knew it. Very long story there but I'll get to my point here. I called Premium Parking and spoke with Kimberly. As I explained the occurrence at a lot in Scottsdale and the rabbit hole she immediately told me that the website and the information deflecting away from Premium-Parking was a scam. I was thankful for her knowledge and the way she articulated information and details of the actual parking fee and validated what I had suspected but still needed to verify. Not only was she very clear with the details but very gracious, professional with genuine kindness and understanding and that's important, always gets my attention EXTRA.
She was magnificent in several ways and I'll add how refreshing it is to speak with a person, not an automated system, who listened, understood, deciphered to cut through the scam to the legitimacy of the issue and resolved it immediately.
Further, she removed the late fee because she understood the time involved to even receive the notice. It wasn't long but added an additional amount.
I'm very grateful for her help, her very genuine kindness and understanding.
Seriously,... I would happily advise the company, Premium-Parking to keep her and based on other reviews I've read that state her name, her great customer support, and more,... give her a huge bonus because if they read the reviews in TrustPilot they'd clearly see she's doing her job, EXTRA. and consistently, so very well done with me too. She's also providing credibility to the companies customer support, processes, legitimacy and the company itself.
She completed every step and sent the additional information I needed and I received it.
She made my day with her being an extra blessing and resolving an issue I needed to validate and bring complete closure to and I am so very grateful.
I thank my EVER Amazing Sweet Lord for guiding me through and connecting me with Kimberly, Amen

QR Code Payment Method Failed Resulting in Parking Ticket

Location of parking in Baltimore was optimal for our needs the day we visited. Parking facility itself was clean and well lit.
However, only offering the method to use QR code scanning to pay parking fee could not be accomplished nor confirmed (tried by several different people/phones), and there was no person on premises to ask questions or offer any sort of assistance - very poor customer support onsite. This resulted in receiving a mailed parking ticket since payment had apparently not been accomplished.

That said, when I called at approx 10:40AM on 4/21 about paying the ticket, customer representative 'Cynthia' was of great assistance and able to answer all my questions. Ticket amount due was then immediately submitted as required.
While I applaud Cynthia's ability to assist me in getting my ticket paid, I will likely avoid any Premium Parking facilities in the future which rely on the QR code scanning to make onsite payment. Further, I will convey my experience to others via social media to alert them about these type of payment difficulties onsite in case they want to avoid them as well.

Most strongly recommend either resuming a person staffing the parking facility exit to provide assistance OR displaying / posting a direct number in the parking garage to a 24 hour Help Desk to assist customers in paying their bills if needed.

CSR Cynthia =Fantastic Company Grade C-

After fighting the phone tree to actually reach a live person, Cynthia was kind, professional and effective at solving my problem. When receiving a citation it’s incredibly difficult to communicate once you receive their canned response which didn’t address the stated issue at all. It was a canned AI response bot and there was no way to reply or contest their decision. I believe this is on purpose so that you’ll just pay it even if they’re wrong.

They get back to you ASAP!

I reached out bc I was having trouble adding time to my reservation. Leo responded promptly even though I first messaged at 1am and then again at 5. Both times he got back to me within minutes and was very kind and patient. The parking was easy and convenient, it was just really late/ early in the morning so I missed the small details, but Leo helped and I was able up extend my time without worry

Great customer service!

I had an issue with using the app to pay for parking. I didn't expect to actually get anyone on the phone, no less that they would solve my problem. But I reached someone quickly, and they were knowledgeable and helpful, and solved my problem. Very impressed!
