After sales care is non existent. Don’t become a victim.
Bought a high end motor home from here a few months ago and had nothing but problems with it. The latest has been a gearbox issue that has kept us off the road for months.
They have no mechanic at present and so are unable to address any mechanical problems hence we have had to wait 6 weeks for an appointment at a Fiat dealership. Sure enough they are unable to identify the fault never mind repair it and we are now looking at another long period off the road trying to locate a specialist.
So far Premium have done nothing whatsoever to demonstrate their name. Other than telling us it’s not their fault and that they can’t recruit a mechanic - I wonder why ??
I fully understand that these things can happen when buying any used vehicle but this quality of aftercare is unforgivable.
I will update this review if anything changes but for now I don’t want anyone else becoming another victim.
