I tried to buy a key 3 times...3 times it seemed that my payment got declined. A day later I get 3 emails with 3 different receipts and only 2 months of premium access. bank account charged, received only 2/3 of my order and no refund.
really bad service.

EDIT2: Support responded to my E-Mail telling me to delete my Trustpilot review if i want my money back. basically blackmailing me. wow.

as long as you pay, these thieves give u good service...but as soon as you need help from them they act up fraudulent.

When you first visit their website to purchase a key for a filehost website, you are given a price that's lower than the official filehost's price. But only one step before confirming the purchase, when you're choosing the payment method, a "service fee" is added that significantly increases the price (at the time of typing the review, I was asked $7 extra for PayPal...). This is dishonest, they're baiting with a lower price tag just to smack you with a price higher than official right before checkout, even if you choose to pay directly with credit card. Cannot recommend :)

Keep2Share Premium Pro for 30 days. $20,50 on your website, $21,95 directly on K2S. On K2S you can use your credit card and the price doesn't change, on your website the same product with credit card payment is $26,03. Quite the difference, is it? K2S also offers Paypal (even though with a service fee, still lower than yours) so that's a nice lie.

I paid for a package that I cannot get acess too. I've sent a request for aid in getting a link, so I can sign in; however I'm rerouted to Reddit. This site does not have any instructions, only a community chat room. I have requested my money back, because I don't have the service and I have not received it yet. This is the first streaming site I have ever had a problem with trying to get quality customer support.

I gave you 5 stars, cause this is the third or fourth time I buy and use your features without problems

I was concerned I hadn't received my coupon for Rapidgator, so I sent an email to support. The people at Premiumkey responded almost immediately and addressed my concerns with instructions on how to rectify the situation. Thanks to their swift action I'm a happy camper.

I had bought a Premium Account for Linkifier from Premiumkey Limited, but unfortunately the Linkifier service does not work. The support of Linkifier did not take care of the problem at all.

I contacted Premiumkey Limited directly and they took care of the problem very quickly and professionally. In the end I received a refund for the product.
