Nothing happened that is the point they just copy and paste answers and they don't resolve any issues. I asked for a refund let's see how that goes.

I had an issue with my key and try to resolve it by email but every time that I got the answer it was that my ticket was resolved but the key didn't work so after a few of these back-and-forth emails I decided it is enough and asked for a refund. Never got confirmation about a refund or resolution with the key so this review stays and if you delete it I will just post a new one.

Trustworthy and after emailing customer service they provided me with my premium key, very helpful.

I spent over two hours trying to purchase a Rapidshare.net premium account before I happened onto Premiumkey Limited. While attempts at every other seller failed for one reason or another. Premiumkey Limited came through the first time. Within a couple minutes after purchasing with my credit card, the activation code was sent to me. The code was instantly recognized and approved by Rapidgator.net when I entered it there. I generally purchase 365 day memberships, and when this time comes around again next year, I will come to Premiumkey Limited first.

They were very helpfull and solved the issue the first working day

just bought a key for 1 month for 1fichier i can see why people got charged mutiple times to be honest its your fault you have to wait i have really fast wifi and i waited 4 minutes before it was completed it depends on wifi and your bank so make sure all card info is correct confirm order and boom wait dont be impatient

I had difficulty getting my credit card to purchase a subscription through Premiumkey. I thought it was unresolvable, but I decided to use the link provided to seek help from the site. They responded personally and within a couple hours. It took a couple more emails to get everything resolved, but with just a little perserverance from me and good regular communication from the site, everything was cleared up. I was pleasantly surprised with the quick and personal responses I received from the site. They worked for me to get my charge resolved. Thanks!

Used to be ok, now they don't support credit card and paypal anymore.
So in my case they are no longer a viable source for keys.

If they say that they didn't receive your payment, you have to take their word for it. With bank transfer you usually have no way to tell what happened after your money left the bank.
