DON’T BUY HERE! Ordered flowers for valentines day (February 14th) it’s now February 26th and still didn’t receive any flowers neither a refund. The customer service is really bad since it take ages to even get in touch with somebody and when you do they refuse to help! I’m supposed to get a refund but all they did was transfer me 0.01 cents and tell me that the refund has been made. What a bunch of scammers. Never buying here again!

3 days late , non-existant customer service
Bought a Valentine’s package plus extra chocolates for my daughter in Columbia .
Despite reaching out to the company’s chat multiple times after the first 2 automated responses I received no further response .
I was trying to track the item as it appeared it wasn’t coming as ordered on Valentine’s Day.
Despite stating on website you can track you package at any time. This is not a service provided .
Finally at 11pm on Valentine’s Day I received an email stating my order sadly would not be delivered as they had a problem with flower supply . And they would deliver 3 days later 😡😡.
No option of a refund or anything.
They then told me they would send extra chocolates for the problem.
The flowers arrived today with no extra chocolates.
First time using this company and will be my last.

Horrible Experience
They told me my delivery was going to get delivered inbetween 9am and 8pm, delivered to my girlfriend at her home residence.
To get a message at 7:30pm last night saying they are waiting for a truck, hopefully it comes.
Now I'm asking for a refund, as im reading delivery won't be until the 17th.
Why tell someone you can deliver it in a time frame if it's not possible.
I want a full refund as the 17th is not a date of anything. What's the point. Nobody is getting back to me.
Update -The issue had been resolved, they made a big effort to contact me and resolve it. Every one makes mistakes, espacially that time of year. I'm glad their was a resolution

They forgot the chocolates with my order but were nice enough to call me with an apology. They made sure that the chocolates would be delivered, I am hoping they will arrive tomorrow as they promised.
This was my 3rd time ordering with them and is my only problem so far, but otherwise they live up to the website expectations.
