Due to a few hiccups caused by the courier service (NOT Premium Plants!) that impacted upon the expected delivery time of my order, Andrew at PP really did go out of his way to offer not only his apologies but also alternative solutions - even offering to drive the plants himself from Kent to Leeds! This wasn't needed but was hugely appreciated. A great hassle free service instead of sourcing from different nurseries and great quality plants - will definitely use them again.

Given the difficulties with sourcing plants at the moment, I thought the team did an amazing job of getting me quotes, keeping me informed and delivering my order. Customer service was faultless and delivery communication and assistance was too. Response to rejected plant ( due to frost damage) was also spot on.

Andrew from Premium Plants has offered us nothing but the best in terms of customer service from the first time I spoke to him on the phone, throughout the delivery of our trees and even at our community tree planting events. The trees they have supplied us have always been excellent too and even on the odd times when they were damaged they resolved the issue immediately. 2 damaged trees out of nearly 500 purchased this year shows what amazing care they take with them too. They are our main supplier now because they are the best!
