Extraordinary service levels
I'm a returning tenant to Jamboree Center (1 Park Plaza, Suite 600, and before that in buildings #2 and 4, Irvine, CA). The property is very well maintained. Much more than that, however, what drew me to return with my new employer - Vialto Partners (US) LLP – to Jamboree Center are the superlative services offered by Premier's Suite 600 site manager, Vanessa Decker, and her team. Vanessa and her team are mind readers – they anticipate and resolve my every need for first-rate office services. I could not be happier.

Vanessa, Debbie and Linda are the best. We recently added an office for our new Accounting position. Vanessa gave me office and furniture options, produced spreadsheet comparisons of the costs of each office option, and then worked her magic to offer me a deal I couldn't refuse. The office is a very professional environment, spotless and well managed. Even though there are numerous Tenants on the floor, the PBC Team goes out of their way to make you feel as if you are the most important one. We feel like we are part of the family. Debbie and Linda are very nice to talk to every day, greet visitors in a very professional manner, and the coffee is always hot and the kitchen clean. We are enjoying our experience very much, and thankful to be here.
