I was supposed to move in on the 1st of the month, but when I got into the office, it was dirty and hot! Black marks on the walls, filthy carpet, broken blinds on the windows, and the air conditioning was broken. There was no phone set up either. The office manager is very nice and tries to help, but we have waited an entire month and the air conditioning just got repaired. The carpet was cleaned, but the blinds are still broken and unusable and the marks are still on the walls. We have been trying to get an answer about how the rental fee will be settled since we paid for the month that we never even got to use the office, but despite numerous phone calls and emails, we have not gotten a response. We were told to pay the CAM and internet charges while we wait to hear about the rent adjustment. Why would we be charged CAM or internet charges if we couldn't even use the office all month? It is now 2 weeks into the next month, and we still haven't heard any updates about what to pay or how things will be addressed. We have also asked multiple times to be added to the building directory on the first floor but have not been added. Very frustrating. We realize the building owners are the one's responsible for most of these thing, but Premier is supposed to be our agent, pushing for rapid solutions. There are enough buildings in this city to choose from, and I'm regretting I chose this one. A couple of colleagues are looking for large office spaces after summer and I plan to encourage them to look elsewhere and save the frustrations. The only plus is that the office manager and staff are friendly.

These new charges make me more apt to look into other lease arrangements in the future. This is sad for me because like I have mentioned my onsite manager is great, and the facilities are maintained well.
