Title: Warning – Payments Taken, No Tickets Issued

Community Travel Group Warning

🚨 TRAVEL SCAM WARNING – PLEASE READ 🚨

I recently made flight payments through a website called:

After being contacted via WhatsApp by individuals claiming to represent a UK travel company.

Multiple payments were taken from my card:

£2,324
£905
£450
£676
£209.1

The transactions showed as “Alternative Airlines – Horley” on my statement.

No proper tickets were issued, and this is now under fraud investigation with my bank.

⚠️ Please be extremely careful:
• Do not send money via WhatsApp agents
• Always verify ABTA numbers directly on official websites
• Never share OTP codes

Sharing this to prevent others from losing money.

Fraudulent Travel Agent

Fraudulent Travel Agent – Avoid at All Costs
They are fraud 100%. SCAM SCAM

This travel agent service is completely untrustworthy. I paid money for travel services that were promised but never properly delivered. Communication became poor once payment was made, and excuses kept changing. No clear documentation, no transparency, and no genuine effort to resolve the issue.

This experience caused financial loss, stress, and wasted time. Based on my experience, this appears to be a fraudulent operation, not a professional travel service. I strongly advise others to stay away and use reputable, well-reviewed agents only.

Fraud / Impersonation

Fraud Alert – Business Impersonation

I am reporting this business for impersonation and misleading information.

The business is using the address 548 Coventry Road, Small Heath, Birmingham, England, B10 0UN, which belongs to another legitimate business and is being falsely represented.

They are also contacting people via WhatsApp (+44 7723 342628) and referencing well-known travel brands (e.g. Skyscanner) in a way that suggests false affiliation.

No legitimate booking or service can be verified, and the real businesses involved have confirmed they are not associated.

This appears to be an impersonation operation designed to mislead customers.

Please investigate and take appropriate action.

High Suspicion

We recieved a very cheap quote which is unmatched elsewhere. However upon due diligence of this business, theres too many red flags.

Your company doesnt exist anywhere on the Internet whatsoever, other than your custom website [premiertraveluk[.]com] which isnt a proof itself and anyone can setup a website and at anytime.

I see theres a trustpilot page setup for PremierTravelUK however 1. Theres zero reviews. 2. Location states United States when infact you are in United Kingdom.
uk(.)trustpilot(.)com-review-premiertraveluk(.)com

I see your website domain was newly registered on 15/Dec/2025. And the domain registrator name, email and address is heavily anonymised.

On your website premiertraveluk(.)com, at the very bottom, theres 4 social media icons, all of which  redirects to their local homepage and not to your social media groups. It appears your business is not setup in any of the social sites.

Manual search of your business name in instagram shows no signs of your business existence anywhere. 'PremierTravelUK' doesnt exist on instagram

Google search of your address (548 Coventry Road, Small Heath, Birmingham, England, B10 0UN) reveals 3 different business names linked to the same address.
-PREMIER TRAVEL & TOURS LIMITED (09531243). Registered office address: 548 Coventry Road, Small Heath, Birmingham, B10 0UN
-EURO BANGLA TOURS LTD
Company number 12268613.
-Premier Travel UK (you)

Your company "premiertraveluk" doesnt exist in the gov company house website whatsoever, raising high suspicion. Which means that you've not informed the gov/HMRC of your business registration.

Phone number of the business PREMIER TRAVEL & TOURS LIMITED is +44 121 246 1260 while your business Premiertraveluk number is +44 20 3868 5962 which indicates youre definitely not the same business, while share the same address and name similarity.

While youve given us the cheapest quote we found to date (which usually indicates 'if its too good to be true then it is too good to be true'), it raises high suspicion and theres too many red flags.

We dont feel safe trusting to hand you our money for the quoted flight tickets which we might never recieve, might be invalid or run into large problems down the line. Additionally, theres no concrete-assurance, evidence and reviews to back your business legitimacy therefore we will hunt for quotes else where.

We do not feel that youre a legitimate company and strongly feel that you are a scam setup company. As I work in a secret agency deptartment, I will be forwarding this to the FBI and relevant agencies, including but not limited to HMRC, for detailed investigations and checks to ensure no one in the public gets scammed.
