Bill Crane of Premier Ship Models did an amazing job building a model of our family boat. Bill went above and beyond to make sure the model turned out fantastic. For instance, he fabricated a jib sail from scratch when he found that the model kit I provided to him lacked a jib sail. And the painting Bill did, to match our family boat, was superb! Not only did Bill go the extra mile in every way in the project, he also did so in a very high quality way. I would highly recommend Premier Ship Models, and specifically, Bill Crane.

Just want to say thank you to Premier Ship Models for the outstanding service I got from them when I ordered my Ship model kit. Special mention to George Beresford for his great customer service and was of great help to me and the order. I will defenitelly order from them again and highly recomend them. Thank you guys. Keep up the good work.

Do not trust them ordered a item 8th june nothing arrived tried contacting them via their email not found tried their message service on web unable to send facebook we have your message but that's it no help now have asked paypal for a refund not a company i would trust now saying they don't know of problems on messages item posted on Sat we will see

It took an eternity to deliver the kit to such a degree I had given up ever getting it, as an apology they offered a glue kit which never arrived despite two promises, their word is not their bond place your order with a more reliable company.

The model of Southern Cross, does not depict the Shaw Savill liner, the bridge superstructure is incorrect, livery totally wrong colours and funnel was never red!
Sorry to be so critical but your model is not Southern Cross, have just had look at aerial view, and Southern Cross never had a swimming pool on Sports Deck, forward of the funnel. The swimming pool was forward of the bridge and aft of the Observation Deck. When she was converted to a cruise ship in 1973, the swimming pool was removed and an added lounge was located in the position of the pool. A new Swimming Pool and Jacuzzi were built on the Sports Deck aft of the bridge as shown in your model, but by that time, she was not Southern Cross.

These people are just conmerchants.
They claim 40% discount on ships.
They bounce up the price and when remove 40% the price is what every other seller retails for.
I hate dishonest scum and these are definitely that .
Wouldn't touch them with a bargepole.
Another thing their bundles come with tools which are the biggest cheapest nastiest Chinese Junk. How do I know I bought all these tools elsewhere, they really are utter junk.
This company should be done under trade description Act.
Thank goodness I found out about them and saved myself and you good folk from being conned.
