Most dishonest people, after paying advance when our plan changed and we wanted refund they initially said will take 30days even after 50days money was not refund. So went directly to their office and after a huge alteration received cheque in an envelope without signature. When confronted with staff she said sorry missed it. Then again after 30 got the cheque signed. When the same cheque was deposites it bounce without balance. When again reached out to the salesperson he very arrogantly says go give police complaint. Iam just an employee and don't call me. We are told to ignore calls from you. Please be very careful with these dishonest crucks.

This has been my worst property viewing experience with any estate agent ever!
I’m reporting this in hope that it doesn’t happen again to anyone else.
First of all the unoccupied property was in horrendous state. The stench and filth inside the building was terrible. The garden looked a forest with overgrown bushes and algae every where.
I wonder how an estate agency could present a property for sale in such conditions.
It clearly shows the lack of respect for their customers. If you valued your clients you would put in some damn effort. Absolute waste of my precious time.
This agent kept repeatedly bombarding us with question after question and didn’t give us a second to even out our thoughts together. After we confirmed that the building needed too much work and that it wasn’t for us, he immediately hurried us out of the building. This guy then rudely pointed to the door signaling to us to leave. On our way out he murmurs a bunch of crap and says he’s not going to bother to call us later for feedback. I’m not an estate agent but I would value some feedback after a viewing even if the client is not interested in buying the property. With all this attitude I politely told him not to bother anyway.
Right from the start, he seemed very agitated for no reason. I mean no one gave him reason to be aggressive. We were respectful and kind but he remained very unprofessional and displayed such emotionally immaturity. I certainly do not recommend choosing premier properties. I rather take my business where I’ll be decently treated like a human being.

Gerry and his team are professional, welcoming, and caring.
We’ve felt well taken care of before, during and even after we’ve moved out of the house.
Any issues were taken care of immediately!
Highly recommended!

They try take money for Fictitious costs and enter property without permission but what we were wanted for house we couldn't same action, like building problems,neighbours or appointments for house maintenance.

Do not prefer !

Worst Agent Ever/ Please save yourself from them. If you ever get to know that your property agent are PREMIER PROPERTIES, I assure you that you will have a nightmare experience.

They dont deserve to be in the market, I will also make sure I post about them in all Google, Facebook, Insta and all social platforms, so that everyone is aware where they are getting into, if they ever encounter these property agents as Lawyers

The staff at Premier Property is very professional and go beyond their call of duty to help new tenants transition to their property. They are in constant communication and guide you every step of the way. A special thank you to Ms. Baptiste who worked closely with me and the property manager to have a flawless transition and call The Registry at Michigan Park my new home. You are all appreciated.

This agency cannot cope with the amount of properties they have to let, continually promise to call back and don’t, no response to emails, even when I went into their office to speak to them face to face after the property I was supposed to view was let out there was no accountability or apology, don’t waste your time if you are looking to rent a property through them. Completely unprofessional!

This is the worst letting agent ever. They never answer calls, they don’t respond to maintenance issues. Several times we had issues with the washing machine and they took weeks to resolve. Now what makes things worse is they are delaying/refusing to return deposit despite us paying our rent on time every month.

The way they do business is disgusting and wrong. They will make up lies to take all your money.

I recently sold my house using Premier Properties and when I first spoke to Gerry, he promised a personalised service. I can safely say Gerry delivered on his promise. I could not fault the service at Premier Properties and after all is said and done, Gerry managed to get the sale through at a higher rate than other Estate Agents had estimated. Thanks Gerry.

Great service. They offer help with all aspects of moving as well like setting up internet, energy providers etc.
