Ordered from this company a few years ago and was really happy with the car mats so thought I’d order from them again. Once ordered I had no confirmation email and had heard nothing from the seller. I then learnt that this company had gone bust do not buy from them!⛔️

Had used this company a few years ago with no issue, so never gave it a thought when I went on their website today to purchase a car seat cover.......to find out they went into liquidation, even though I was able to go on website and place an order??? Lucky that paid through PayPal so was able to contact PayPal for a refund as was covered under their buyers protection. AVOID.

This company has gone in to liquidation owing over £500k DO NOT USE THEM - they are still actively taking orders off of they website!!

Bought seat covers for my VW Tiguan 5 years ago. I swapped my car 12 months ago and kept the seat covers. They are still like new and very hard wearing. They are amazing, durable quality.

Ordered and paid £55 for car seat covers, after numerous phone calls and waiting for 3 weeks I was then advised that they could not even tell
Me when they would be manufactured, what a joke! Asked for a refund and was then told the lady was going on holiday for 2 weeks and and she she would try and get my money refunded before she returned! I reported them to PayPal and got a refund through them. Avoid!

Front rubbber carpet for my Ducato Adria camper perfect fit well pleased smells a bit like rubber but that’s what it is…..

Long story short - item was faulty and it took me 3 or 4 phone-calls and a number of emails before they finally agreed to give me a full refund. They appeared to be playing the long game, hoping I would not pursue a refund. It took me almost 5 weeks but I got there in the end!

Will not be using this company ever again.

I booked my old,''new car'', a 1996 mercedes estate that is in mint condition, to have seat covers rubber mats and a boot liner fitted to keep it this way. I bought the car as a general run around and to take the dogs out, needing the boot liner to keep the mint carpets in good shape. I found the company on Ebay and found that they were actually only three miles from home, result.The company had my car for a couple of days as due to it being an older model, didn't have any patterns.They made bespoke covers for the seats and the bootliner and i can say they are fabulous. a couple of minor alterations were not a problem to them. The staff were all excellent and i couldn't be happier. They responded to any ebay messages or emails within two or three days.

Ordered mats for my new motorhome April 1st. A little concerned at the potential 10 working day delivery, but to my surprise they arrived on Bank holiday Friday just 6 days later. They fitted exactly and look to be good quality. A very satisfied customer

Misleading website. Don’t respond to emails. They want me to pay the postage to return the incorrect order. Products not of a good quality.

I ordered a boot liner for my new BMWi4 . When the package turned up it contained no instructions so I fitted it and to be fair it was a reasonable fit. However the sticky Velcro would not adhere to the boot material on the car which meant the sides flopped down. I rang the company and spoke with a rather belligerent lady who told me that there was probably some substance on the carpeting material upon which I was trying to stick the sides. I asked her if I could return everything for credit as the product was not fit for purpose. She said I could at my own expense (quite happy with that) but that Premier Products would only credit me back 75% of the £100 I spent. This is not correct and an infringement of the law. She said she would send me a liquid to put onto the fabric in the boot which would enable it to stick.
Nothing turned up and I rang them again to which another lady apologised, saying that it had been forgotten, but that she would send it out. When it eventually arrived I tried out the liquid but the boot liner still did not stick to the fabric. Completely useless.
I am really disappointed and would advise nobody requiring a boot liner not to deal with this company. You are wasting your money and there are better products out there.
My £100 has been wasted and their attitude and trading procedures are unacceptable. Buy at your peril

Had excellent service from this company they phoned me swiftly to inform me they are out off 4mm rubber and asked if 3mm will be OK

It was and a refund of the difference quickly followed and the boot mat delivered the next day

Premier products are really bad quality. I ordered a custom made boot liner for my car and it does not fit at all. The boot will not close correctly and it just looks a mess. Requested a refund due to it not fitting correctly and they are refusing to do so!

I ordered a mat for my van from Premier Products. Ticked double passenger seat option, the deluxe carpet, the colours, the trim and purchased. What they sent me was one for an automatic van which has a smaller footwell (to my manual van), which it appears they selected themselves because they didn't know. They wouldn't know because there is no gearbox selection option!
Avoid!!!!

I ordered the protector for my Audi TT and then read the recent reviews which concerned me slightly. However my order arrived within 10 days and fits perfectly and looks great. Couldn’t have asked for a better experience! Ps I’m a genuine customer.

Ordered boot mat, after nearly 3 weeks of hearing nothing I emailed to the company to enquire only to be told it was out of stock all along. Told I would get a refund after 1-2 days, hasn’t happened.
Item is still showing as being in stock on websites now. May I suggest if anyone is reading this from the company they look to employ an operations manager and customer services manager. UK manufacturer should be such a good selling point!

Ordered a boot liner in August, eventually arrived unfinished. Emailed and was told they would repair and resend. Told them the goods were not fit for purpose and I wanted a refund. Still waiting despite several phone calls. Definitely would NOT recommend this company!

It's been 5 weeks since they took my payment but no sign of product and NO RESPONSE TO MY EMAILS!!! DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM!!

Bit disappointed with the car mats. Went for good quality and they generally are great with detailing. The one major fault is that the extra heel mat strengthening is set too far back on the mat, so we have worn a hole above the strengthened area which was in effect useless. I have size 9 feet so down to bad design not tiny trotters!

Beautifully made product & comes in a nice case. Premier were extremely helpful & professional after the courier mis-delivered/lost the first cover - Premier replaced this very promptly - thoroughly recommend their boot liners & a great company to deal with. Many thanks.
