Avid cruisers

We are avid cruisers. We where going on a 7 day cruise. We showed up around 1 pm on May 23, 2026 to avoid traffic. This was our first and last time using a park and go service. They operate out of a parking garage on the the 7th level with a max height of 7 feet. My truck was just a few inches of not fitting. First contact with a gentleman was nice, gave us the parking paper and told use to proceed to the 9th level to park. We get up there and we are greeted by a cranky lady that spoke broken English yelling, questioning us why we are there. We told her the attendant on 7 directed us up there. We where then yelled at about the lack of no more spots and we should not of been up there and told us to turn around and try to find a spot I could fit my truck into. We found a spot right next to where the first attendant directed us from. First sign of poor communication between employees. Then we are guided to an early 2000's run down, well abused ford 8 passenger E series van which lacked air conditioning in Miami. The driver proceeded to the port. The van struggled greatly to climb the low grade bridge, we were concerned if it would make it over. I watched the instrument cluster as the engine rpm's continue to rise but the speedometer was slowing down. Once we were at the terminal he told us to meet the company at spot 11. Second lack of employee communication. Okay, off to cruise. Saturday morning we are at spot 11 at 8:15 am on May 30, 2026. 15 minutes later the company van shows up. We go over with other passengers and the drive loads our luggage. Then an attendant, in the picture, comes over yelling, extremely, about how no one checked with him and to remove our luggage from the van, the driver looked confused as well. He pointed to a bunch of people and said that's is the line. There is no signage, no podium, nothing, just a mob of people waiting for multiple different transportation services. Once I firmly advised him not to speak to us this way and to explain the confusion he said there are 80 people waiting for a ride from the company. They only have three 8 passenger run down vans operating out of 2 floors of a condo/business parking garage. That was at only 8:30, with thousands of passengers still coming, From multiple cruise lines. Third lack of communication between employees. As 30-40 minutes past everyone waiting for this poor excuse of a "transportation" company start asking the pictured attendant what's going, where are the vans and as this companies theme goes, he has no idea due to.... Lack of communication!!!! Finally after an hour a nice large 14 passenger van shows up and he just tells us to go with this driver of a different company. Van was nice, cold a/c. That's is it. This driver stops in the middle of a busy Miami street and tells us to exit. As he proceeds to unload all of the luggage, in the middle of the street. He points to a parking garage and said that should be where our vehicles are, but we did not pay to be dropped in the middle of the street and find our way. His van would not fit in the parking garage so that was his answer to throwing us out in the street. Yet another lack of communication. I would not recommend this company to transport temu merchandise let alone paying customers and their luggage. Save yourself the hassle and just pay the few extra dollars a day and park at the terminal.

We were at the stop before 9.00 O'clock…

We were at the stop before 9.00 O'clock and it is 10.36 and we are still in line. The drivers were very rude, they let people get on the bus first that skipped the line. Even though the group of people in line explained to the driver that the group of people skipped. When I first walked up to check in the staff told me there was a line. Which I went to the back of the line, but you let this group of people skip the line who just walked up 5 mins.before the buscame at 10.15

Never again.

We drove round and round Miami until we saw the miniscule sign saying Premier parking, We drove all the way up to the seventh floor as advised and waited for someone to appear. Fully 25 minutes later a dilapidated van appeared, He could not book us in so phoned his boss. The most officious man I had met in a long time demanded we pay cash, When i pointed out his web site offered we could pay by card or cash he said the internet did not work in he garag so it wash cash only. We got taken to the cruise port in the beat up old van.
After the cruise you have to stand at the first palm tree and wve a blue pice of paper and a van may stop and pick you up. After standing waving the blue paper for 20 minutes a van did stop and take us to our car,What a pathetic pantamime,

they are clearly taking they are clearly taking advantage of customers of…

they are clearly taking advantage of customers with this outrageous and unjustified parking charge. Whole Foods parking is meant for customers actively shopping or dining there — which is exactly what I was doing.

I’ve never been charged for using customer parking at Whole Foods, and I find this charge completely predatory. What you’re doing is unacceptable and feels like a scam targeting honest people.

Enjoy the $50 you just squeezed out of me — clearly you need it more than I do.

Wait for lot pay them

As we were approaching the cruise port we went online to prepay parking. The advertisement made it appear they were parking by the ship. We drive up the ramp and we’re advised we had been scammed so we paid the attendant. We immediately called asking for a refund but no one answers the phone. Left for the cruise. When we got back we had an email stating they would not refund. I’m sure we are not the only ones that thought they were purchasing parking in the garage in front of the ship and lost their money too.

Attn

Attn: Matt Stein

We checked in today at 2pm on Saturday Dec. 14, 2024 at your parking garage. Both of your attendants were extremely rude and disrespectful to me and my family.

We noticed that it took some time for the cars in front of us to be checked in. As your attendant, Adrianna came to assist us, I simply asked if they were short staffed as it took a while before we were checked in.

She replied that they were ‘not short staffed’ and followed by saying ‘what is with your attitude?’

This was extremely rude and disrespectful. She ended passing us up and handed us over to the male attendant that was there also. I did not get his name.

He was just as rude and disrespectful as I tried to ask why we had to pay the balance in cash?

There was no explanation as I kept asking why we had to pay cash. He simply kept saying ‘here is your receipt’ and ‘pay $87 dollars.’

All he had to do was explain that the credit card function had crashed and I would have been satisfied.

This was a terrible start to our vacation and an experience I will never give your business another opportunity to disrespect us with.

I have been in the service industry for over 35 years and have never been treated like this other than a couple of other times.

Needless to say, those people never received any more of my business.

I will further share my terrible experience on Google Review so others will not have to go through this terrible experience again.

It’s is now 12.21.24 and we have now returned from our cruise. Not only did it take you 4 days to respond, but you (Mr. Stein) accused me of cussing at your attendant (in front of my children and wife) as a response to the rude comment made by your employee. This goes beyond unbelievable and you sir, are in dire need of revamping your entire operation, starting on how you conduct yourself to the dissatisfaction of customer service.

This is an outrage…that you would accuse me of cussing at your attendant. You obviously have people that are not only rude and disrespectful, but are also complete liars.

You have officially moved yourself to the top of the list for the worst service I have ever experienced. You should be ashamed of yourself for how you have responded in such an unprofessional manner.

Based on many other poor Google Reviews, you should have done better by now.

I only hope this post will deter anyone from ever using your service.

Do NOT EVER leave your vehicle here!!

Do NOT EVER leave your vehicle at this garage! They claim that the garage has 24/7 security on site and the garage is ONLY open from 0730-1530 during cruise days only. However, we learned the hard way this is false information. We parked our truck here when we left for an 8 day cruise thinking it was safe and secure only to come back to our vehicle gone! It was stolen on Friday morning at 0410. The parking facility wouldn’t even pull the cameras up or really do anything to assist. Thankfully our vehicle app told us what time the truck was turned on which was at 0410 on a Friday morning ironically when the garage is claimed to be closed per the website. The truck was stolen and placed in a completely different garage at the Hotel AKA Brickell a mile away which we found out with the help of a hidden air tag we have in the truck thankfully. The vehicle was recovered however the we had two guns stolen and several high dollar tools the radio no longer work and a lot of other damage. We think (the police also believe this as well) this was highly likely an inside job since this happened where it is claimed to have security and during hours this garage is supposed to be closed. If I could leave a 0 star rating this would be it.

Awful!!

Awful!!! If you want to get stuck in the port after the cruise, wait for two hours and receive disrespectful and worst customer service, you can go ahead and use their services. We. had to wait two hours after being told they will pick us up in 10 minutes. After two hours we called and they said there were no pick-up services after 10:45 am. Oh, he also hang up the phone on me. (we got out of the cruise at 9:30 am and called at 11:30 am) The employee said to take an Uber, I asked for a refund and he said the service was only to leave the car not to pick us up!!! We finally found a private driver that was unable to leave us in front of the parking lot because of the traffic. We had to walk a block with all the luggage and it was raining a lot. Finally, we made it to the car and talked to the "Manager" Jay. He was extremely unprofessional, mean, and disrespectful too, he didn't care at all about all we went through. So think about it if you want to use this company.

Very unhappy!!!

We had 10 in our group. We were told that Premier could shuttle 8 and the other 2 would have to Uber, taxi or walk. Why not let us wait for the next shuttle? No bathroom on site. Had to go to Whole Foods for restroom. Waited almost an hour to get shuttle and there was no place for elderly to sit while waiting. Almost missed the ship. We were there in plenty of time. When getting off the ship, we had our blue papers ("no blue paper. No pick up.") but there were no vans! Even the police said if no one came in 5 minutes, they would call! Waited again almost an hour! After telling the driver that we were going to write a negative review, he let us all get into the van. He was the only courteous person we had contact with. Would NOT recommend Premier Cruise Parking.

Safe, easy to find, close to the Miami Cruise Terminal parking lot

The place was easy to find, checked in, the parking lot looks pretty new. Once parked, the wait was pretty long, almost half an hour. About 3-4 vans passed by before they started picking up people to take to the terminal. I think I know why as they concentrate on bringing people first from the Terminal, maybe? The pickup on the way back was smooth, once we found the Welcome sign, the shuttle came within 5-10 minutes, we were in it, it filled up quick, the parking was merely 5-10 minutes from the Terminal. It's a great location. The car was found safe and sound as we left it. I wouldn't hesitate to use this location again as we do many cruises. Thank you!!!!

Cheap is not better...take an Uber

It sounded like a really good idea since it was less expensive than other parking. I guess you get what you pay for! We arrive promptly at 10:30 a.m. you were loaded into the van only to wait another hour for potential Riders three people finally came and yet they still waited to try to fill the van. We arrived at the ship an hour after we had planned. The return was a horror show. We went to where we were assigned waving our are blue papers for well over an hour well other vans passed us by. Called 10 times and it just went into voice mail. Cut into precious traveling time to go home up north. Should have called an uber. Safe inside parking but the transport to and from eas awful. I always tip well but not on the return after eaiting an hour with, by the way, no apology from the driver

We reserved parking for 9-7 thru…

We reserved parking for 9-7 thru 9-15-19.Before our trip I called the lot and was told only 4 people to a party and only 1 bag and 1 carryon. We dropped all of our bags at the port before parking. We were surprised to see people with more than 1 bag and 1 carryon. But we were shocked and angry when the black attendant with glasses told us and every vehicle him and his Hispanic cohort approached "I don't have change". That's a lie because the website states cash only no credit or debit cards! These thieves are stealing customers change! We watched these two go go the back of a white bmw and count the money they collected between the two of them. Now management needs to make sure they do something about these two before they get hurt over other peoples money! The customer already paid for parking and then they have the nerve to hustle the customer to give up the change to them.So if your balance is 73 dollars and some change and you give them a 100 dollar bill he thinks he's going to keep 20 something dollars for nothing! People pay attention DON'T LET THEM GET AWAY WITH THIS!!!!

I have traveled on 49 cruise ships and…the worst parking garage ever used

I have traveled on 49 cruise ships and have had very little trips out of Miami port. Used Premier Parking and this is the worst experience I have ever had. Found the garage and after unloading our bags had to drag them to a line up for the shuttles There was no management of the line and very few shuttles were there to use. There were people with four kids and ten bags and that seemed to fill up the small shuttles. There were only two that arrived and we had to wait for an hour to get finally one to take us to the ship. No help in removing bags but the driver was looking for tips. On the return it wa a nightmare with 35 people waiting to get on a small van with tons of bags and many kids. My wife and I asked the driver what was the address of the garage for us to share a cab with another couple and he said that he didn't know the address. My wife and I, after another hour and fifteen minutes finally got on the shuttle to the garage. This is the worst parking experience ever and you really need to find a better place to park your car, even if it cost more to park. This operation really sucks.
