Had a great experience buying our car. Hassan was very friendly, helpful and professional throughout the whole process. He made everything easy and stress-free. Really happy with the service.

Awful experience. It's all been rather traumatic actually. Was sold a very faulty dodgy van and despite informing them within the first week they just outright refused to accept a return or collect. I had to make several complaints including with the finance company and broker before the dealership finally accepted the return. Poor service, terrible quality vehicle, rude staff. Would not recommend.

Whilst buying the car wasn’t a bad experience when getting the car home found that the inside was filthy.Found 3 old socks lots of receipts and various other bits behind the back seats, grit is everywhere as well. Obviously didn’t valet it properly which they said it had been. What worries me is that they said they did a service on it which I have paperwork for but did they scrimp on that as well. Not a good advert for going back or recommending the £150 off was only for taking out the warranty as I was going to get a private one there was nothing offered for the state of the interior

I enquired to Premier Car supermarket in Derby about a silver electric mini. I asked that the car exterior, interior and wheels were in excellent condition, it was being sold with 2 charging cables , Premier would provide the car with a battery health check. I put these points in an email and asked that he confirmed them in writing. We were driving all the way from Somerset to Derby to view the car. When we arrived, a 5 minute visual check picked up two scuffs on the bonnet and front wing, a door dents on the side and the black plastic cills were sticking out at the front edges. He wasn't at all apologetic for lying to me in writing. He said the cills are like that on all minis so I said well lets look at the others on your forecourt. There was nothing wrong with the cills on the others. He had previously told me they had no mechanics in their workshop that day but when I say I wasn't happy to buy the mini he was miraculously able to get a mechanic to fix the cills. The sales advisor was so smarmy and distracted us so we didn't notices that we were not given all the appropriate paperwork including no battery health certificate. There was also only one charge cable. So lied about condition, lied about battery health check certificate, lied about charge cables and diidnt provide correct paperwork.

Allan really looked after us at the Kettering store. Great communication and service. I would highly recommend to family and friends. Thankyou Allan for a great service, and for looking after us, on our visit to buy a new car. 🙂

Excellent customer service by all but especially Jay. Asked about a car and were given the keys to have a look around on our own at our own pace which I really appreciated. Having a test drive was so easy, again on our own. There was absolutely no pressure from anyone at any time to buy the car, which puts me off instantly. Jay made the purchase so easy, sorted out my tax to be paid monthly and sorted out insurance so I could drive the car home there and then. Can fully recommend this garage, the cars, the customer service and especially Jay for being so friendly. Thank you

Jay was brilliant, he was super patient and helpful with me. Especially as I had no clue what car I wanted when mine unexpectedly had to be retired.
He let us try a lot of cars, helped narrow down options.
Car is lovely condition, smashing to drive. Very happy all round.

Can't fault the service provided by PCS Derby today and Particularly Junaid(Jay) who was respectful, knowledgeable and clearly took his work seriously. He gave us the space and time needed to carry out our own checks and make our decisions with no interference or pressure at all. He catered for all our needs and answered all our queries effectively and efficiently. Best experience we've had purchasing a car. thank you.

Without a doubt, this was the worst car-buying experience and, honestly, one of the worst customer service experiences I have ever had in my life.
From the very beginning, we were misled. We were told the car was ready to go, but when we asked if we could collect it at the weekend, we were suddenly told the car had no MOT (found out since 2024) and needed new tyres. This should have been disclosed before taking anyone’s deposit.
Despite the red flags, we still proceeded in good faith. We paid the deposit, our finance was fully approved, and all that was left was for the dealership to send the invoice to the finance company so payment could be released. They repeatedly failed to do this, dragged the process out, and gave excuse after excuse.
Meanwhile, they continued relisting the car on Autotrader and changing the price multiple times while we were actively in the middle of purchasing it. The car was listed at £15,250, then £15,295, then dropped to £14,995, and now it’s back up for £15,595. Completely unacceptable and unbelievably unprofessional.
When we questioned why the price had changed after we had already paid a deposit and secured finance, Allan’s response was shockingly rude. He told us, “there is no skin off my nose, if you buy the car or not” I have never been spoken to so disrespectfully by a business in my life. I don't know where they find these salespeople, they have no manners.
We were first told the price changes were an “error,” then later told they changed it because they “just wanted to get rid of the car.” Nothing about this dealership felt honest or trustworthy.
To top it all off, Jamil, the general manager, eventually pulled the deal altogether after wasting our time, causing unnecessary stress, and treating us with complete disrespect throughout the entire process.
Things got even worse when we asked for our deposit back. Allan became aggressive, rude, and actually hung the phone up on me mid-conversation. Disgusting behaviour from someone dealing with customers.
This dealership showed zero professionalism, zero communication, and absolutely no respect for customers. I would strongly advise anyone considering buying a car from them to stay well away unless you want stress, dishonesty, and terrible customer service.
The car was a Mercedes EQA, which is still listed as of todays date - REG PJ71 OKH

This was without a doubt the best car buying experience I could’ve asked for.
I arranged a test drive over the phone with Junaid (Jay). When I arrived the car was waiting outside ready to go, I spoke with Jay who gave me the keys and recommend a test route.
After the test drive I decided to buy the car. I really appreciated that I was allowed to make this decision without any pressure or hard selling from Jay.
The buying process was very smooth and Jay was extremely helpful in facilitating me taking the car away the same day. Once again, there was no pressure for optional extras so it didn’t feel as if I was being squeezed for as much as possible.
I couldn’t recommend this dealership enough, and I thank Jay for his help making this an easy buying experience.

Personally I would take more notice of the negative reviews than anything above 1 Star. Purchased a Ford Kuga from these cowboys 14 months ago. Never again! The vehicle hadn’t been valeted when I picked it up and started having problems within the first few weeks. Battery kept going flat which deactivated the central locking. Took it to my local dealership only to be told an incorrect battery was fitted and the brake discs and pads were badly pitted and scored. PCS refused to cover the costs for replacements, saying they’d passed the MOT carried out at purchase. I would question any “in house” MOT, too easy to overlook additional costs to get the vehicle off the forecourt.
The extended warranty, which has to be paid in full up front is not worth the paper it’s printed on!
Had to take them to Small Claims Court to get back the costs of the battery they’d incorrectly fitted.
The General Manager, Nigel Potter, is a nasty piece of work. Steer well clear of these cowboys.

Paul went above and beyond to ensure a positive and smooth process of buying our car, from start to finish. Incredibly happy with his Service, and our car and would highly recommend.

I’m not sure about this place and its priorities. Yes they have cars and yes they have what I was looking for. The salesman didn’t want to really know that he wants to sell what he wants to sell or at least if felt like that to start with. Anyway he eventually got me a key for one I wanted to look at, (they don’t like getting keys out unless your buying) well I’d like to sit in and drive a car before I buy please. Chose my car. Sorted my part ex although they wouldnt take it in the end they advised me what to do with it so cannot fault that. Car collection, car had no more charge in it even though he said he’d charge it, (they turned the power off) ok mate good lame excuse, not bothered now got your money. No floor mat, I asked for some. Nothing doing. Get home and spare key doesn’t work, contact after sales as sales team don’t wanna know. Our vehicles have to be supplied with one working key. Our website does explain that if you are given a second key at handover this is a spare and may need programming to the vehicle. What a reply. No after care there. It gets better Please be assured that every vehicle is supplied with at least one fully functioning key. The intention was simply to clarify that any additional key provided is considered a spare, and we cannot guarantee that it has been coded to the vehicle. Well I’m lucky I got one key then. So a spare key but not so spare?? Rubbish after sales. And no though don’t make you aware the key might not work but yes of course I signed. I’d have paid the £700 and had a spare key and mats thanks. Oh and a sensor broke a month after but to be fair they replaced it at cost. Still no help with the key though.

Went down to have a look at a car on Sunday, several people sitting around.
Struggled to open the door at 1st and not 1 person came to offer any help, when we did get in the building again not 1 person even acknowledged we were their, we walked out back to go view the car we had seen on line, had a look around it but because they were locked we couldn't get get a proper feel for the car, went back to in the office, stood around for a few mins and again people sat at their desks not doing anything and.... Nothing not even a hello or do you need any help.
The customer service is a joke, literally non existent.
Were in talk with available car now instead.

The car looked perfect in the picture, as it was in the description. However, they forgot to mention the car had a few very visible paint scratches and too many deep scratches on the plastic part of the boot door. After I asked what caused it, Richard said he had no clue. So after checking it, he said the boot was used by dogs and that's what caused the scratches. So I went to check around the car and found more than one issue. They tried to fix what could be fixed while I was there, but the fact that he tried to appear unaware at first tells you there could be more issues. So, I wasn't willing to risk it after traveling five hours. Who knows what other issues the car could have once I started driving? So, my advice is to ask them to send you more detailed pictures or ask if the car has any damage or something.
