An amazing experience buying my car
An amazing experience buying my car. Telmo was thorough and helpful.

Went to Premier and was out off by the cars appearing unkempt, went to arnold clark and got ripped off then returned to Premier to exchange for a more suitable ride and I whole heartedly regret being put off in the first instance! Telmo sorted me out with a fantastic car with no hassle which was cleaned and handed over in a beautiful condition and 2 weeks later still smells like polish 👍
In short, dont judge a book by its cover. Premier sells well priced cars with absolutely no pressure and no stress. I will definitely be back!

Had a wonderful experience with Premier car sales. Telmo was fabulous. Was on the ball till the end. Highly recommended.
I was promised a perfect ready to drive away car
I was promised a perfect, fully charged vehicle ready to drive away. After traveling 340 miles, I arrived to find a dirty car with a broken rear wiper blade and no charger or tools in the boot. The sales staff brushed off the complaints as "expected for a used car," and my follow-up email to the CEO went ignored. Very poor customer service—look elsewhere for accurate vehicle descriptions
Just purchased a Peugeot 208
Just purchased a Peugeot 208 through premier car supermarket and was dealing with Telmo during my finance being arranged, to the days leading up to collection and even the day after checking everything was ok with the car. Grateful for all Telmos help. Would recommend to friends and family for future recommendations.
Absolute garbage of a company
Absolute garbage of a company,
We should have ran a mile on the day of collection as there was a customer in the waiting area who told us about his experience with them but we brushed it off as a one off. We purchased our car and signed the agreement only to then have to wait around 3 weeks to collect it as it was always "not arrived on site yet" on collection we heard a slight rattling and was advised that it was because its a manual petrol engine and 3 years old, we were used to driving a brand new automatic so wouldn't have noticed. Anyway over the weeks the noise got louder so I rang them and the explained it only came with 30 days warranty basically piss off. I took it to a garage who explained that they suspected the fly wheel bearing and clutch was faults and it would cost £1200 to repair. I contacted the finance company who took it on and contacted premier car supermarket with absolutely zero replies. Looking through previous paperwork I found a report of an engine rattle nearly a year old but no investigation outcome,
The finance company sent out an independent mechanic to diagnose the problem whos report came back identical with the garage diagnostic and also stated the dealership would definitely have been aware of the problem and the car at the time was unfit for sale. Now premier car supermarket have piped up saying the tried with numerous emails and phone calls to get in touch with both the finance company and myself to resolve the matter (they didnt) The finance company have now given them a second chance to do the repair as that's what they requested but once again they are not responding to calls or emails. 2 months this car has been off the road now and these jokers have done nothing to sort it, 30 day warranty also. By law thats not right. Avoid these cowboys they sell unroadyworthy cars, And good luck if you have any problems as they absolutely refuse to give you a number or put you through to aftersales stating its email only. Definitely a red flag when a company won't let you speak with an aftersales department.
Today I purchased a car through Allan
Today I purchased a car through Allan, he was very helpful when we first arrived, he shown us through all of the cars that i wanted to look at and in my price range online before going onto the forecourt. He was very helpful with all of the paperwork and I would definitely go back in time again.
Avoid this dealer. Sold a defective car, illegal refund threats, and appalling service.
Avoid this dealer. Sold a defective car, illegal refund threats, and appalling service.
I rejected a Ford Kuga from the Derby branch after an absolute nightmare experience.
We bought the car on 21st July. During the test drive, a Tyre Pressure Monitoring (TPM) fault appeared. We were assured it was fixed on collection, but it reappeared within 10 minutes. Because we were traveling, we had to use a local garage. The dealership accused the local garage of breaking parts and refused to believe us, even though all four sensors actually needed replacing but they did pay for the four to be placed and paid us back for the repair within 24 hours, however I did have to state we would receive a full refund for this not a part refund of £100.
Within 48 hours of ownership—while driving on holiday with our 4-month-old baby—the Amber Engine Light came on. At this point the TPM was not fixed, I called Derby and spoke to Craig, who was incredibly rude and abrupt, showing zero empathy for our situation. Telling us to go to a local garage and they will pay, and that aftersales is via email only but at the time we were driving and not sure what the next steps should be.
The local garage informed us the Diesel Particulate Filter (DPF) needed replacing.
I informed PCS and they booked us in for a DPF repair on Wednesday 29th July. After waiting 90 minutes, we were told it was fixed. The fault returned within 2 hours. When I requested genuine OEM parts for the next repair instead of aftermarket ones, they told me I would have to pay the financial difference myself.
Every single solution—from arranging a courtesy car to offering us a poor 25% discount off warranty had to be demanded by me. Nothing was proactively offered. They knowingly sold a defective vehicle and failed to fix it.
When I legally rejected the car, their management attempted to illegally deduct mileage costs and tried to withhold £250 in anticipation of the logbook return. They also stated that once I asked for a repair that I couldn’t change my mind and reject the car however legally this was incorrect.
Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, they are not allowed to make these deductions for a rejection within the first 30 days. Their email communication during this process was really poor and clearly lacked knowledge of the law. It took three requests just to get a single phone call back.
After we dropped the car back, they readvertised it on their website within 4 hours, before even issuing our refund. I had to chase them via phone and email just to get our money back. Worse still, they listed the car for sale while it was still actively taxed and insured under my name.
This dealership acts with zero integrity, horrific customer service, and a complete disregard for consumer law. Avoid them at all costs.
Brought a Ford eco sport from here
Brought a Ford eco sport from here . Served by Ash who went above and beyond to help. No pushy salesman. Very informative. Purchase went through easily. The only fault we had to wait quite a while for a test drive but saying that they were very busy. The car is performing nicely but it's early days. Thanks again Ash
Brilliant service from Charlotte.
After a poor service given in a local dealership, I rang the Premier Car Supermarket to ask about a car seen online.
I spoke to Charlotte.
She gave me all the possible information.
I explained how far I was travelling and asked if it was possible to charge the car before collection. She admitted that it can't be guaranteed, as most cars are sold with 60 miles on the clock. But at least it was highlighted to me.
Arranged a day to collect and reserved through Auto Trader.
Communication was there throughout the process, with confirmation on Auto Trader once the reservation went through.
On the collection day, Charlotte had rang me to confirm the times I was due at the store.
When walking into the store, there were 5/6 people around ready to help, and all of them in unison said hi and gave a smile!
Charlotte then showed me the car.
She had it valeted.
She had the battery topped up so I could get home (which was mega appreciated considering it wasn't standard)
Totally worth travelling 115 miles out of my way for the service (and of course the really nice car she sold me!!!!)
Thanks Charlotte. A total credit to the company!! :-)
FIRST CLASS
I contacted Premier Car Supermarket about a Peugeot Rifter wheelchair adapted vehicle they had for sale.
My enquiry was dealt with by a very fine gentleman by the name of Kyle.
I didn't eventually purchase the vehicle but the service, respect and patience I received was exemplary and most certainly will be keeping their details for future requirements.
Awful service
Awful service, sold a car with faulty door lock so unsecured which normally invalidate car insurance. Asked me to take to Group 1 Volkswagen who then found door lock that is faulty, replaced the lock costed me £423 but the PCS is offering only £100.
Happy customers
Picked up our Ford Puma from the Kettering site today and just wanted to say thank you to Ash for his help throughout the process. Went over last week to have a look round no pressure to buy key us get on with it. Once we had picked the one we wanted Ash sorted out the few valeting issues and also spotted grill damage we had missed and had it rectified. Really pleased with the car and the service we received.
Great experience
I have had a great experience with this company. Unfortunately I have been unable to purchase a vehicle but the team have all been helpful, patient and understanding in my situation. Would definitely recommend
Broke down after 5 days
Son purchased a car that broke down within 5 days of taking ownership.
Premier car said it was probably a software glitch and offered to check it and repair if necessary.
They cleared the error message, which then reappeared the next day; so the car is still broken. I have to wonder how much was checked.
Have asked for full refund under Consumer Rights Act 2015.
Like other reviews have said the car wasn’t that clean on collecting; sweet wrappers under the seats for example.
Would avoid in future.
Recently purchased vehicle
My wife recently purchased a vehicle from this dealership and, whilst the salesman was extremely helpful and friendly the whole experience was marred by the following issues.
We live approximately 1.5 hours from the dealership and expressly stated that we would like a time slot that allowed us to travel to collect the car and allow the car to be fully prepped.
The appointment was set for 11:00am on a Saturday morning.
Due to not knowing the area, and a few wrong turns (despite using google maps) we arrived at 11:10.
Our salesman was not to be seen and one of his colleagues guided us to his desk so that we could wait for him.
He eventually arrived and took my wife to view the car.
To be honest on first inspection the car was as advertised, and any items we had questioned before buying had been answered.
The issues that spoilt the buying experience were as follows.
1. The exterior of the car was filthy with the door, bonnet and boot shuts all filled dust and grime.
2. Despite prearranging the collection time, the car was not charged and was connected to a trickle charger.
3. There were no carpets in the vehicle and the interior had not been fully prepped. Smears, dirt and dust
4. Despite being told the car could only be collected on the Saturday due to it requiring a service, there was no washer fluid in the vehicle, the wipers after filling the reservoir, were not working properly, (had the car required a MOT, it would have failed), the filling of the washing reservoir should be a service item?
5. Under the bonnet, was filthy and hadn’t seen light nor cleaning product for sometime.
I understand that every person’s expectations vary, but what could have been a great buying experience was turned into a mediocre one.
I’ve purposely omitted the salesman’s name, as his helpfulness and attitude during the purchasing process was excellent.
It’s just a shame that more attention to detail isn’t paid to the vehicle preparation.
Awful experience
Awful experience. It's all been rather traumatic actually. Was sold a very faulty dodgy van and despite informing them within the first week they just outright refused to accept a return or collect. I had to make several complaints including with the finance company and broker before the dealership finally accepted the return. Poor service, terrible quality vehicle, rude staff. Would not recommend.
Filthy interior
Whilst buying the car wasn’t a bad experience when getting the car home found that the inside was filthy.Found 3 old socks lots of receipts and various other bits behind the back seats, grit is everywhere as well. Obviously didn’t valet it properly which they said it had been. What worries me is that they said they did a service on it which I have paperwork for but did they scrimp on that as well. Not a good advert for going back or recommending
Shit service I but vehicle show online…
Shit service I but vehicle show online all good when I see vehicle body wise and engine also not good
And staff also they don’t know how to deal with customer
Dishonest, smarmy, dodgy ....... avoid them.
I enquired to Premier Car supermarket in Derby about a silver electric mini. I asked that the car exterior, interior and wheels were in excellent condition, it was being sold with 2 charging cables , Premier would provide the car with a battery health check. I put these points in an email and asked that he confirmed them in writing. We were driving all the way from Somerset to Derby to view the car. When we arrived, a 5 minute visual check picked up two scuffs on the bonnet and front wing, a door dents on the side and the black plastic cills were sticking out at the front edges. He wasn't at all apologetic for lying to me in writing. He said the cills are like that on all minis so I said well lets look at the others on your forecourt. There was nothing wrong with the cills on the others. He had previously told me they had no mechanics in their workshop that day but when I say I wasn't happy to buy the mini he was miraculously able to get a mechanic to fix the cills. The sales advisor was so smarmy and distracted us so we didn't notices that we were not given all the appropriate paperwork including no battery health certificate. There was also only one charge cable. So lied about condition, lied about battery health check certificate, lied about charge cables and diidnt provide correct paperwork.
