Manager does not care about customers
The installers came over two hours later than quoted to me without even a phone call to tell me they were running late. I had to call the office to ask where they were and they seemed surprised I cared that they were late. When they finally came they worked 20 minutes, walked out the front door and took a 30 minute break without even a word that they were leaving, I had to look outside to see them eating and lounging in the van to see they took a break already. Then they worked 30 minutes and then took another 30 minute break. All in all they worked a total of two hours and breaked for one hour, remember after they were two hours lafe already. When the job was done I went to look at the two small bedrooms they worked on and noticed my baseboards had knife/cut marks every one inch around the perimeter of the rooms. I called the office to let them know I was upset and the salesman told me he would let his manager know.. This was two weeks ago I never received a call from a manager. Nice business, never again. It just seems they do not want the business and they just opened. I have a lot more work to do in my house and it just seems like this business cares only about the $2300 you originally spent and does not care about future business.
