Our second car with Frank - amazing customer service again thank you

Having leased cars before this was the first time using Premier Car Leasing and it was so easy and stress free, Frank was great really helpful and the turn around was quick! No hidden broker fees either, would really recommend.

I took ownership of my new Audi Q8 on Monday and I’m absolutely delighted with the car and even more so with the excellent service provided by Frank and the team.

I’ve been leasing cars through this company for several years and the service has always been excellent. The team are friendly, responsive, and make the whole process really straightforward from start to finish.

Everything has always run smoothly and they’re always happy to help with any questions. I’d happily recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable car leasing company.

I was looking for a car and got a couple of quotes from different brokers. I asked if Premier Car Leasing could match or better the quote but they couldn't. Frank was an absolute gentleman giving me advice on leasing, what to ask and what to look out for. It can be a minefield trying to source a good car and deal. Despite no deal being made, I will recommend Premier Car Leasing and go there first for any leasing enquiries just for the way Frank looked out for me and his honesty.

I contacted Frank whom I have shared contact with on LinkedIn for several years. I gave Frank the details of what I was looking for and the budget I needed, along with the tight timescales I needed the deal completed within. Frank came up trumps, giving me several options all within scope. Paperwork was sent too and from in a timely manner, and the deal was done. Simple, no fuss, regular communications, just what I wanted. First-class service from Frank and the team.
