Update (Order PO75449):
After my initial review, the company informed me that an investigation had been opened regarding my order (PO75449). However, it has now been two weeks, and I still have not received any meaningful update, explanation, or resolution.
The package I received was completely empty, and I still have no clarification as to how this could have happened. Even more disappointing is that during this entire time, the company has not offered any concrete solution — not a replacement, not a refund, and not even a clear timeline for resolving the issue.
The complete lack of communication and follow-up has made this situation even more frustrating.
At this point, the issue is no longer only about the missing item, but also about the very poor customer support and the failure to properly address the problem.
If this matter is not resolved soon, I will have no choice but to share my full experience publicly on Trustpilot and other review platforms so that other customers are aware.
I will update this review again if the company finally provides a proper resolution, but at this stage, the experience remains extremely disappointing.
