I used the services of Premium Education for assistance with admission to a European university.
Unfortunately, the services were provided improperly:
• The company did not provide specific deadlines for document submission for 2026, although it was obligated to do so under the contract.
• Due to the lack of timely notifications, I was unable to submit the required documents and lost the opportunity to enroll.
• The personal account was not properly updated, even though I submitted documents multiple times.
• The company’s arguments that the “client did not provide documents” are not valid, as the deadlines were missed due to the company’s failure to provide timely information.
Overall, I did not receive the promised services despite paying 1450 euros.
