Excellent service : excellent follow-up, disponibility, very useful infos
Guides and bus drivers : punctual, amicable, helpful
Suggestions: alternate days with intense visits and more relaxing days (i got very tired within the first few days) ; recruit French or English speaker guides with a minimum B2 level (European scale) and a deep knowledge of history and/or architecture (Guides chosen in Beijing and Pingyao are good examples) ;make sure that the guides lead us to authentic neighborhoods and shops rather than “tourist-trap” shops (ex: clay/jade/nacre factory in Xi’an) ; check in advance if there is at least one good English speaker in the hotels ( Pingyao is an excellent example)
All in all, I had a wonderful experience, and I thank Prelude Voyages for that!

We had an excellent experience with the agency that organized our visits in Guilin from April 1st to April 3rd. Everything was perfect from start to finish.
Despite our late arrival due to a flight delay, they adapted seamlessly to our schedule and made everything easy for us. They were extremely helpful at all times and took great care of every detail.
