Great clothing and customer service
The Lucca Jeans look and feel great, brilliant quality. There was an issue with my DPD delivery and my original delivery was not made properly. The team at Pré sorted this, and sent out a new pair of jeans within days. Couldnt ask for anything better.

You placed your order on Saturday 23rd December 2023, so you would not have received your order next day any way as the last delivery with DPD was Friday 22nd December 2023
We also put information on our website about Christmas Deliveries,
You did not receive a reply from us as our customer service was closed for the Christmas period.
Orders delivered next working day when placed before 2pm Monday - Thursday. (Excluding Bank Holidays)
Orders placed after 2pm will be dispatched the next working day.
EG: if you place an order Monday at 5pm, your order will then be dispatched Tuesday for delivery Wednesday.
Please note Saturday and Sunday is not classed as a working day.
This is not a guaranteed service and may take 1-2 working days for delivery.

In regards to your refund as stated in the email, refunds can take 3-5 Business days, business days meaning Monday - Friday (not including weekends or Bank Holidays) but may take longer depending on your bank.

Order came incorrect, item was sent back and I still haven’t received my refund.
The customer care team do not respond for 1-2 days !!

I would just like to point out that our customer service team do not operate on weekends. As you emailed on a Saturday, we did respond to you on the next working day which was Monday via email.
We also informed you that we have not received the return and to check your tracking information.
We do apologies that you received the incorrect sized item, this is down to a factory error.
