I still have not received my order or refund
I still have not received my order. The company took my money out of my account on the 11th/12th Sept 2024 They said they would contact me with an email once item was dispatched but I have not received any correspondence from them. It is now the 5th jan 2025. I made contact with the company many times and directly on Facebook and directly to thomas downie the sellers facebook account to check the ETA of my item but no response. I have asked politely many times for a refund. My money was hard earned and I trusted this company. I took the time to order from from the company. The least they could do was take time to send out my paid order and contact me and refund my money No item, no refund, no response, no respect. If I could give zero stars I would.
