Terrible total ripoff return to China Pinterest should be ashamed for allowing them on their website

If I could give it 0 stars I would. I am sorry I didn’t read the reviews before I purchased my shoes. I strongly agree with everyone else that this company is a scam!!! They advertise that they guarantee 100% money back with easy returns for any reason. WRONG!!!!! In order to get your money back, you have to ship it back to China through the us postal service. Which costs around $30-$40 depending on weight. If you send it back any other way, you may incur additional fees plus it has to go through customs which will delay the delivery of the item. PLEASE DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!!!!!Save yourself the headache!!!!!!

Total scam - saw product on Pinterest and then went and ordered. Product received was not the product ordered. Tried to return but need to mail to China. Tried to write review but would not allow. Do not order from this company!

These are not Clark. When I received these shoes. The inside sole was torn apart. When I tried to return the shoe. I was told that I had to paid for return fees. After I said that I was not going to pay for return. I was told that the shoes had to be in good condition. Which I never wore the shoes. Don’t trust this company. I got a blister on my toe, due to the inside kept coming apart. shoes get dirty fast. Don't order these shoes. They're not good at all. They are re not comfortable. If I can give a zero I would. Stop using fake advertising. Clark name is not on these shoes. I advise you not to order. The company never did send me a review. Because they know I was going to give a bad review. I wish I could upload some pictures of the shoes. They do bad business. Never again will I order anything from this company again.

Prehomemart is a scam from China, I found a pair of shoes on Pinterest website and the shoes I ordered on the website were not the ones I received. They were absolute garbage. Prehomemart told me to keep the shoes and not return them as they will likely not receive them due to their mailing system ,instead I was offered 20% refund, It has been 3 weeks no refund. Stay away from advertisements on Pinterest that offer nice clothing or shoes. Jane. Ontario

I ordered a pair of sandals based on the photo of the product and what I received was a sandals from the dollar store in China covered in a nylon that I had to broke and they didn’t accept the return of not sent in the original package that don’t even had an address. This is a SCAM. PLEASE DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY.

I ordered sandals that I thought were my favorite. They were cheap knock offs. It took so long to get my sandals that I forgot I ordered them. They arrived from China in cheap packaging with no packing slip and return address on package was a post box. Terrible shoes, no flex while walking, like stilts, plus they are much higher than they look in photo. Do not order from this Company, you will regret it.

I am not happy with the sandals that I ordered. They are cheaply and poorly made. The material is inferior. The contour of the strap around the ankle is a poor fit for anyone. If they were 70% off, even the sale price  was too much to pay. Being Canadian, I paid even more. I would not advise anyone to buy these sandals or anything else from Prehomemart. They look more like a knock-off than the real thing. Furthermore, the packaging was not conducive to the sandals arriving in good shape. They were squished together in a soft package which resulted in wrinkled straps that will not smooth out with wear. To send them back would also be very costly for me.

Absolute rubbish. Don't ever purchase anything from them it's a complete scam *BEWARE *

Do not buy any shoes from this outfit. Shoes are very very poor quality. The ratings do not go low enough.

Received a pair of shoes size 8.5 as a Christmas present, but they were a men’s 8.5 and I needed a women’s 8.5. By the way, packaging was plastic wrap and no paperwork was included.
Wrote service at Prehomeart asking for an exchange and never heard a word.

SCAM !!!! They took money for shoes and right away problem started ! First they claim I gave them wrong address, ( I gave them two addresses) . There's no contact with them except email ... that now is BLOCKING my emails to them !!!! SCUMBAGS !!! FRAUD !!! THIEVES !!!

Received the boots tried them on and they didn’t fit so I was trying to return them but I don’t see any place to return them nobody to contact I emailed the service people and I haven’t heard back so I’m stuck with two pairs of shoes that don’t fit and I don’t know how to return them

I ordered what was supposedly, Merrell winter boots, but, never did get a confirming email. Being immediately suspicious, I attempted contact with this company and was totally shut out of any online or phone service! I contacted Capitol One MC after reading reviews,and requested a stop payment which was refused.
I am out $100 for sure. Checked online re this scam, and, yes, a scam. 2 things, I wish I had used a card that was more reasonable re stopping payment after I explained my situation….my payment was still pending.
And did learn a hard lesson…I am a senior and can’t afford to lose this money..very sad…and seniors are a huge risk for this and are bullied. Never again! Marilyn Phillips

All cheap knockoff shoes. Took 5 emails of them Offering me 30% amount back and I don't have to return the garbage shoes, then 50% back, then 70% back... but I need to pay shipping fee, etc. etc. They dissuade you from returning in any way possible. I said no to all offers. My fifth email I said to them this will be my final email, I must receive my full refund within 1 business day. Do not contact me again unless to confirm full refund. I will next notify my bank, where you will be put on a fraud alert which will alert all Financial institutions and credit card companies. They did return the money in full, and I filed with the FTC.

DO NOT BUY - CHINESE SCAM. I wish I had seen this review earlier. A complete scam, cheap shoddy products, fully automated customer service and no real responce. They claim to be an american company but the return address is china.

I agree this is a scam. Their website shows a very nice high-quality product, but what they send you is a cheap imitation. I just received from them a pair of "winter boots, lined for warmth and comfort in coldest weather" that are, in reality, practically unlined and very lightweight, little more than shoes. They are only suitable for mild fall weather. I guess you do get what you pay for... If it sounds too good to be true, it usually is.

Stay well away if you are thinking of buying from this rubbish scam company. The shoes I ordered looked lovely, and of excellent quality. I wanted to give myself a treat as I am not well. They arrived, made of totally synthetic materials, although the sizing was spot on. They give you 14 days to return the item at your own expense and tell you where not to send it. No address given of where to send it! So they fob you off until your 14 days are up. Just thrown 40 quid down the drain. Charity shop job.

Wish I had read the reviews before making purchase. Product quality seems acceptable, but can't wear because sizing is so off. Came within reasonable time, but had absolutely no paperwork in package. Return policy is impossible; to China; give me a break. Will donate shoes to charity and be more careful next time.
