Unpaid Freelance Work

Unpaid Freelance Work – Unprofessional and Unethical Behavior

I am writing to share my unfortunate experience with Predicta Digital, a company I worked for as a freelance digital marketing service provider (SEO). I completed the work in September 2024 under a contract agreement, with a payment due on October 10, 2024.

Despite numerous attempts to follow up regarding the payment, Predicta Digital has not addressed the outstanding balance. My contract was terminated, and communication has ceased, leaving my salary unpaid. This failure to honor contractual obligations reflects unprofessionalism and unethical business practices.

As a freelancer, I rely on fair and timely payment for my services. I strongly caution other job seekers and freelancers to avoid engaging with this company until they rectify their conduct. I will continue to pursue all available avenues, including legal action if necessary, to recover my unpaid salary.

We regret to hear of your dissatisfaction regarding your experience with Predicta Digital. We value our professional relationships and are committed to upholding all contractual commitments. To clarify, as per the terms of our agreement, your last working day was September 29th, 2024. As per the contractual agreement acknowledged by you, the full and final settlement was to be completed 45 days after the termination of the contract, on November 11th, 2024.

Regrettably, before this period had elapsed, negative comments and reviews about the Company were shared in public platforms to wrongly portray the situation which we believe was premature given that the resolution process was still underway.

It is also important to note that we sent numerous emails and messages during this period to seek a resolution, but unfortunately, we did not receive a response.

We remain committed to fulfilling our obligations, including the timely release of the final settlement, provided a written apology is issued and the negative and inaccurate comments are removed. If this is not done, Predicta Digital will have no choice but to pursue legal action against you for making unfounded accusations against the company.
