The selection of watches is great. I got my order within 10days by UPS. The look of the watches is amazing. I have real TAGS, Breitling and other swiss brands. The steel is shiny and clean. Looks almost like the high end brands. Will 1000% order more. Very very pleased to the point of excitement with my order.
I had a very disappointing experience with Precision Watch Studio and would strongly caution others before purchasing from them.
The watch I received did not keep accurate time from the start. I set it correctly before going to bed, and when I woke up the next morning, it was already five hours ahead. Within just four days, the watch completely stopped working altogether.
I reached out to customer service immediately, but here we are five days later and I still haven’t received any response. No acknowledgment, no attempt to resolve the issue—nothing.
This lack of support is extremely concerning, especially considering the company operates out of Canada. As a customer, it feels like you have little to no recourse if something goes wrong. Based on my experience, once the product fails, you're likely stuck with it and out your money.
In my experience, this company has serious quality and customer service issues that need to be addressed. I would strongly recommend staying away until they can prove they stand behind their products and their customers.
