Provided clear and helpful advice on the first visit and continued with great communication during the project. Their knowledgeable and professional team transformed our bathroom into a beautiful accessible wet room and were a pleasure to have in our home. Would highly recommend.

The team, were fast and efficient at fixing my issues, sent the lad out quickly! He was very polite, friendly clean and tidy. Carried out 2 jobs in less than 2 hours! And you wouldn’t even know they had been out! 10/10

I cannot speak highly enough of Precise Installs, our Samsung Air Source heating system had completely broken down in the absolute worst weather, we tried 20+ companies who all claimed to be approved repair engineers, no one was qualified or able to help us, one call to Scott and his team and they were out within 6 hours, they had our heating system up and running within the hour... Absolutely amazing company whom we will be using in the future for all our heating needs. Oh and the invoice was extremely fair 👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼

I have always used Precise Installs for boiler and radiator installations. I can recall the first occasion when my wife and I moved to our new home they arrived to fit a new boiler ect they removed shoes and laid down floor covering as it was a miserable day. They made a brlliant job and met our budget which was a relief. They are a genuinely decent and friendly company. 5 stars from us.

The firm were very helpful throughout the whole process. At no point did I feel pressured into going ahead with the job. Having decided to go ahead with the conversion from bathroom to wetroom the job went ahead when exactly when planned. All the various tradesmen were pleasant, polite and hard working. Everything was completed to a very high standard.
We are delighted with the wetroom and my husband's carers find it so much easier to give him his shower.
I have recommended the firm to other people thinking about a similar conversion.

From the initial appointment to finalising our wet room we found Precise Installs to be professional, knowledgeable, friendly and hard working. Precise Installs recently completed my cousins new wet room. They changed it from a large en suite into a stunning wet room. From start to finish this company are very professional, from Stuart’s experienced advice - and patience with lots of family input, to the hard working team of workmen. They arrived on time, worked very hard and cleared up every day after themselves. At the end of it you wouldn’t have known inside or out any work had been done - apart from the new house addition. My cousin is delighted.
We can’t thank them enough and can’t recommend them enough.

Recently had the hallway & downstairs bathroom floors tiled with a new sink pedestal added as well.
I was given a clear and very fair quote for the job which was easily tailored to my needs. The team worked very fast, left no mess and, when having to resource a part came back the next day to fit.
Very pleased with the work & do recommend. Will use Precise again as am planning to add new radiators as well.

We recently had an air source heating system installed by Gerry and the team at Precise. I cannot rate these lads highly enough.

Precise had been subcontracted to the job by a different company who had planned and costed our install. This company’s communication was poor and even as the job was starting I was unsure of what exactly was happening in terms of unit placement, tank siting etc. Gerry from Precise came and did a site visit and was able to replan the installation in a much more efficient way, discussing all options and working with our requirements.

We have not long renovated our house and I was keen to hide the piping etc. The lads went above and beyond to do so (despite the other company saying this wasn’t possible), and they did a fantastic job. They were tidy workers, friendly and chatty, and couldn’t have done more.

Gerry was always quick to respond to any questions and explained everything clearly. The boys who did the installation were great. I highly recommend Precise.

Having had an Air-Source Heat Pump, some 20 new radiators and associated gizmos and thingummies fitted, together with other plumbing work within our property - carried out most efficiently, timeously (as well as considerately and cheerfully) - by Precise Installs (Strathclyde) Ltd, we would highly recommend their services to all.

They are a great team, Heid Bummers to apprentices, who take a justifiable pride in their professionalism ...they even took some photos of their work (to show off to their pals ? rivals ? - we intend to do so with family members !).

I was interested in a heat pump system for the house. Precise Installs visited me in Dec 22 and promised a follow up visit a few weeks later. Updates given were a bit odd including 'are you still interested'!
Emails asking for update have had no reply so after eight months of wasted time I will look elsewhere. Well done Precise Installs, you are a bit rubbish, some say.
