The whole process was very quick and easy , I ordered an Angel wings gold bracelet and was very pleased with it , it's beautiful , and a lot cheaper than other places who was selling exactly the same bracelet

The stone section of the bar bell snapped off within a few weeks. Clearly, the barbell is extremely weak between the heart shaped casing and bar. If it can not withstand normal wear and tear, it is clearly not fit for purpose. The item was not bought directly from the website but from the Etsy platform. However, same company, same address. The company refused a refund and so I raised it with Etsy and finally a refund was issued. Therefore a good resolution was reached.
04/09/24. Wow! Now the business has responded to say I am dishonest and that I put reviews 'anywhere else' I could. That didn't happen! I put a review on Trustpilot and Etsy, nowhere else. Who is being dishonest now?! They emailed me and asked me to remove my review. Warning: If you buy a product from this company, you may be accused of breaking the item if it is faulty, accused of being dishonest on Trustpilot or refused a refund, as clearly demonstrated here. The company understood that the stone had fallen out but I never said that. That was just a misinterpretation of language used. They asked me to send the item back and then refused a refund when they realised that the claw holding the stone, where it is soldered, had snapped. What difference does it make if the stone has fallen out or the claw holding it has snapped? The product is still faulty! I was accused of breaking it myself and refused a refund. Who do they think they are - CSI? I took it up with Etsy and a refund was issued immediately. The company needs to learn to treat its customers well. If an item is faulty, don't refuse a refund, don't accuse them of breaking it themselves and don't accuse them of being dishonest! Bad for business. No look what you have done - you've just escalated the situation.
