I purchased bizzi growin cot wraps from precious bear…I had searched and searched and precious bear were the only place I could find the colours I was looking for. I paid £35 for them, which is a lot more than other colours were selling for. But I really wanted the pastel rainbow colours to match our nursery so decided to pay extra. When they arrived they were not the colour I ordered, they were in fact the same grey colour that I could find all over the internet for a fraction of the price. And it was clear from the packing slip that precious bear just placed an order direct from bizzi growin website and got it shipped to me. Bizzi growin were selling them for £12.50! I could have ordered them myself but decided not to because I wanted the specific colours precious bear were advertising. So I couldn’t even send them back to bizzi growin because it wasn’t my order! I emailed and couple of weeks later I am still waiting a response. There doesn’t seem to be any other way to contact them. I am very very angry at this false advertising, inflated pricing, and severe lack of service. Avoid this shop at all costs

Very happy as this is the same model I potty trained my daughter 36 years ago - and now my grandson will be doing the same this summer! Thank you.

Don’t buy from them!!!! Placed order in Jan, still no item, was told out of stock but was happy to take my money, now I want a refund and nobody is answering emails or calls! Avoid unless u like giving ur money to scammers

Great customer service quick delivery and good product

Placed an order on 5th January which still hasn’t arrived. Have emailed twice and had no reply and called several times but nobody ever answers the phone. Would not buy from them again.

Delivery was really late and no-one picked up the phone when I tried ringing on two different days and sent an email asking for estimated delivery date. The tracking number provided didn't work as well. Product finally arrived 20 days after ordering. However, the toy was as expected, no complaints there.

The delivery arrived on time. Thank you for a great product and an amazing price.

We ran into an issue with our order due to some miscommunication with the manufacturer and longer than expected delivery times, but the team at Precious Bear took the time to phone us after working hours to explain the matter and resolve it. Thank you :)

Super quick delivery (arrived in 2 days despite the website stating 3-5 days despatch), and the main item I purchased was £20 cheaper than other companies.

Lovely dolls pram put away for Xmas at a brilliant price, delivery was excellent ordered Wednesday night delivered Friday afternoon how's that for service

Was a bit worried I wasn't getting what I bought as I got no order confirmation emails,I did phone and the woman said everything was ok,I then got a tracking no on the same day the parcel arrived,I would use them again to buy from

Cannot recommend enough! Every time I’ve been into the shop, I’ve always been welcomed with a smile and polite greeting. Very helpful and go above with the service even as far as getting summer stock down to show us when it was the middle of winter. This shop sells the most beautiful Spanish outfits and in budget too.

Absolutely nothing to fault! This store sells the most beautiful Spanish style clothes and my little girls owns quite a lot of outfits from here now. She is always complimented whenever she wears them, they are simply beautiful. The store I visit in Thetford has the most incredibly helpful, friendly staff and a room that you can breast feed or change your baby if you need to. The clothes are amazing quality and they always have sales on or giveaways making their clothes affordable as well as elegant!
100% recommend!
