Improvement in focus and energy levels

The workshop was very helpful in understanding the power of the mind and how focusing our attention on different parts of the body can reveal any problems with them. It was quite fascinating to learn how imagination can also be used for healing. The workshop helped me recover my energy levels, which had been exhausted all day long, to having enough energy to last until the end of the day. It also significantly improved my focus and helped me concentrate on my work for a much longer period than I would've done on my own.

Simple and effective

The practices are very simple, easy and effective. With every session comes a great relief and the chronic pain has alleviated to a greater degree. I highly recommend, especially for people with busy lifestyle.

These sessions are amazing!

These sessions are amazing!
They help to relax the mind and be mindful of the body to enhance the flow of Prana for health and healing!
I incorporate this knowledge everyday in my yoga classes and see a whole new perspective in my teaching of different postures!!

Prasanna is a great teacher.
Absolutely love his teaching style and presentation as he shares simple and effective tips for healing!!

Relieved from inflammation in left SI joint

I was struggling with left lower back pain and after 3 months was diagnosed with left SI joint dysfunction. I tried 2 rounds of physiotherapy, anti inflammatory medicines for several weeks and finally took a steroid injection at the joint. But none of them helped heal the joint. My day to day activities were severely impacted. I could not stand or walk without pain for more than 10 mins. My work got affected as even sitting for long time was painful. Taking care of my 2 kids got difficult. I was in a very bad state emotionally and I got very anxious that will my joint ever heal.
I consulted Prasanna for my problem. His one on one sessions, mind your health and mind your spine workshops were an eye opener for me. They gave me confidence that I could come out of this problem. Through his sessions I realized that there is a deep connection between my anxiety and my pain. When my mind settled, my pain settled. I am really happy to have regained my health and my day to day stress levels have gone down considerably. I highly recommend Prasanna's courses and individual consultation.

Spinecare course review

This course is beautifully designed which take care all what is required to get relief for any pain in and around spine just by observation awareness and focus on few things which anyone can do practically while in office or at home. I had a severe pain at the back but after the course I am aware of basic things which I always ignore. Its a must course for all who think body require a special care.

I have been practicing whatever…

I have been practicing whatever Prasanna has been teaching and I notice the mind settle down very easily. Helps to very easily slip into meditation. Feel more energy through the day. Highly Recommend this program !!

Thanks Prasanna for the awesome course

Hi There,
I am a full time IT professional and am continuously in front of laptop from morning 10 AM to late night 11 PM. I took the Mind Your Spine Masterclass recently.
Ever since my gall bladder surgery, I have had digestion issues. This used to make me feel very lethargic and physically inactive in the house. Coupled with my full time in front of laptop, attending calls, managing projects life had become sedentary and used to struggle with poor energy levels. The #mindyourspine masterclass workshop was an eye opener. It made me realize the value of a healthy spine, posture and its implications on health,realize the inherent stuck emotions inside me. I regularly am correcting my posture, see a marked difference in energy levels, I feel so good, that i am very active at hone and started doing little household work which I never used to do.
I have taken action to free myself of various stuck emotions and seeing a marked change in quality of life. My consistent recurring pain in lower abdomen has vanished, and I no longer worry about pain. This workshop is a must for all people, it will open your eyes to the importance of your spine !! Thanks Prasanna for compiling this workshop..

Realize the Potential to Heal Yourself!

I have known Prasanna for a long time, but recently in the past year I enrolled into a 3 month one-on-one coaching with him post suffering from various health issues last year, especially with sleeplessness and anxiety having gone through multiple life-changing situations on a personal and professional front. I must say that he provided the support I needed during this time to handle these issues head-on and overcome them on a day-to-day basis. His approach resonated with me and my beliefs, combined with the art of living courses, I was even able to phase out the medication within the first month which was supposed to run it's course for 2 more months. It is quite evident that practicing these Mind Your Spine techniques (based on ancient knowledge related to Yoga, Ayurveda et al.) on a regular basis improves focus on my health and my ability to heal myself. Thanks for what you do and bringing hope to so many of us, Prasanna!

Empowering

I did the Mind Your Spine workshop conducted by Prasanna in 2020 during the first wave of pandemic. I was then working in a corporate house as an in-house legal counsel with usual work hours being between 9-12 hours or even longer at times and the work stress levels were unusually high due to which the pain in cervical region had aggravated and even had heaviness in the base of my skull.

The awareness exercises conducted by Prasanna led to better posture and reduced pain and I felt calmer.

The frequency of heaviness in the base of skull had remarkably reduced with the guided gentle alignment and taking attention to the spine.

I would recommend this workshop to Everyone irrespective of what background and health issues you may come from! Because knowledge is empowering and what the workshop deals in is - attending to the self.

We know that most of the ailments and issues are faced because of ignoring the self (body, mind, intellect, emotions included) and even if one does it, it’s not easy for many to withstand or sustain it.

Prasanna beautifully handholds and guides through the process.

In the world that is so outwardly driven and disconnected with the inner being, it is important to connect back to the source because all answers including health lies within.

A healthier and happier me! :)

Hi i am a homemaker and a proud mother of two angels. I generally take pride in cooking thrice a day, however life has been very hard during lockdown esp without house-help.

I often struggle with low energy levels, mood swings and need to push myself to the mundance, monotonous work.

I attended the Mind Your Spine workshop, it was an eye opener; I could see how much stress my body had gone through, was even more surprised at the rate at which i was de-stressing as I did the different protocols that Prasanna took me through,

Never realized that all my stress percolates across spine.

I am able to practise the techniques taught in the workshop on a daily basis amidst my daily chores. This i am sure would keep my energy levels high throughout the day

Must for every home maker! will definitely be getting my husband who sits for 10 hrs in front of laptop to do it as well.

Great work Prasanna. I have had individual sessions with you,for lower back pain, the workshop #MindYourSpine is one notch higher.

4 years of radiating pain in spine disappeared....

Hi I am shashikala, a mother, home maker and yoga teacher. I took the mind your spine workshop in the hope that I will find a solution to my radiating pain along my neck, shoulders and spine. I had an excellent experience, not only did my pain disappear, I learnt to heal myself out of my pain and it has hardly recurred. I realized the connection between my digestion and my spine. I became very conscious of my spine posture, the workshop is a must do, as one learns the healing aspects and critical role the spine plays in them. My yoga sadhana quality has also improved significantly. I strongly recommend this workshop for every yoga practioner, your quality of yoga sadhana will improve.

Prasanna helps in fixing complex issues

Hi, I am Shiva, I spend roughly 10 to 12 hrs in front of a laptop. My body, neck, lower back aches and I sit through them. Most of the time my pain is bearable and I push through work. At times it's quite severe, I am forced to take a break, lie down.

I attended the The Mind Your Spine workshop with Prasanna & it had 4 sessions.

Mind Your Stress, Mind Your Energy, Mind Your Pain, Mind Your Mind.

Each session opened my eyes further to two aspects.

How stressed my spine is, how the stress in the spine percolates across my body, my mind and how easy it is to heal the spine without any yogic postures.

Workshop was full of deep realizations. Thoroughly enjoyed each of the processes and the aha moments which came with them.

I got so many takeaways from the workshop -

Aligned my spine, distressed my spine, corrected my posture, relieved myself of pain, noticed my attitude towards my health changed.

Realized how important my spine is!! Also healing is a journey and spine is the untold secret to ones wellbeing.

I strongly recommend the workshop. Its a must for every working IT professional or someone who works with a laptop / desktop throughout the day.

Prasanna helps in fixing complex health & mind related issues through simple steps by guiding them at each step. Even a person who is very healthy physically and mentally can benefit through his workshop in a great way, it's worth investing on his workshop to realize the same.

Mind Your Spine: Heal yourself... easily

I attended the Mind Your Spine workshop conducted online by Prasanna.

1. Workshop content: The content was new, informative and extremely useful. If the proportion of digitised content is increased, it could make things more smooth and easy for participants especially when the participant numbers increase.

2.Workshop presentation: Prasanna managed to combine an informal style along with a lot of sensitivity to each participant's condition. He managed to give personalised attention as needed for individual participants constantly reminding us that we are healing ourselves!

3. Duration: 2 hours a day for 4 days - seemed perfect for me. Only the timing was slightly inconvenient as it would end late at night for me.

4. Personal benefit: I realised that I can heal my body from various aches and pains by aligning my spine and relaxing the mind. I became acutely aware of the strain that my spine goes through, during a normal day. And the techniques taught by Prasanna work beautifully!!

5. Overall recommendation - I strongly recommend the workshop for anyone looking to build awareness and good practices for a healthy lifestyle and worthy of a 5 star rating.

I took the Mind You Spine workshop…

I am a software developer working for Amazon. My work results in long sitting hours. The Mind Your Spine workshop has been a blessing, since I can 'Mindfully align my spine' in my work chair. My awareness levels of posture has increased, this has contributed to increase in my productivity as well as decision making. The workshop itself introduced me to the healing capability of the body and manage my pain. It was an amazing feeling of relief when I came out of menstrual cramps by applying the techniques in the workshop. I strongly recommend the workshop for all IT professionals. You need this. Prasanna's explanation of the fundamentals of healing opened up new dimensions and perspectives. You will have an eye opening workshop.

Mind your health and mind your spine…

Mind your health and mind your spine are excellent courses. I have learned to become self aware….I can heal myself. The exercises for becoming aware of your breath, how the lungs expand, whether the right and left sides of your body are symmetrical, how to calm the mind….Prasanna is a wonderful teacher and I look forward to every session where I have learned so much. I would recommend his courses to everyone who is interested in self healing.

Take Charge of Your Health Now!

Prasanna's Programs, Mind your Spine, and Mind your Health are amazing. The weekly classes are like having a Personal Trainer. Imagine that AND doing the practices with someone who really cares. It gave me deep insights into health and wellness and helped me take charge of my own health in a very supportive environment.
