I have not received the item I ordered on April 30, 2025. I tried going on the website, but it is no longer available. I am now trying to contact my card company to get a refund. I'm not sure why these people are allowed to conduct business since they are scaming people.

Horrible company I think they are scamming people and wish I checked reviews before placing my order, their email comes back as unavailable they do not have an reliable way of contacting them, they have Facebook and IG which I have slammed with many negative feedback and just trying to alert others do not trust this company.
I filed a fraud complaint with the federal government of fraudulent companies.
I will ask my bank for my funds back.

May 3rd, 2025 I ordered 3 bracelets for a total of $62. On May 12th I got an email saying they had an overwhelming response and the order would be delayed. Today is June 4th and my emails have gone unanswered and their website is now gone. I have filed a dispute with my credit card company requesting a refund.

A few years ago, I order from Prana and had a good experience. On 4/27/25 I ordered from them again. It is now 6/3/25 and I have yet to receive my order. My emails go unanswered, when I attempt to go on their website it states that "This store is currently unavailable", and phone calls cannot be completed.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! Orders dont arrive. Then their email is non existent. Then their supposed "support button" does now work.
Bough for my mum who has been ill and she loves picture. We dont have much money and this scam is just crap!
Cant believe they still operate with such terrible feedback. Its appalling.

Well, they took $133 of my money that I saved up for gifts for friends. After a few months I received a “shipping” number which was fake AF. Sent NUMEROUS emails, with no response. The phone number that used to be on the website just goes to nothing. This company is a scam and it was be awesome if I could get a refund for a purchase I made several months ago.

It is illegal to charge someone’s card for an order that has not shipped. I have been waiting 20 days for my order to ship they do not answer any email and they do not have any phone support it is always “busy“. I suspect that they order their products from Ali express when a customer places an order. Then they have to wait three weeks for that products to arrive from China. Then they put their little logo charm on it. There is no other reason for such an incredibly long delay to ship out items that they allege are in stock

Have ordered from this company before several years ago and received products several weeks later; however, not this time. They charged my card immediately, will not answer emails, their phone rings once then goes busy...extremely unhappy and angry that this "company" is still taking orders & credit cards if they're no longer in business!! Fraudulent!

Placed an order on June 3rd and haven’t received it or any shipping information as of June 20th. I emailed their support a week ago and no response. Never again will I shop here .

DON'T BUY ANYTHING FROM HERE!!! I placed my order over a month ago. Payed. Still no package. Sent them three emails in two weeks with the questions: where is my package? Can I get my money back? No answer. Extremly ignorant, bad and annoying. Ordered some items several years ago, no problems then for what I can remember.

I got charged immediately for 2 bracelets. I have never received the bracelets. I have no way to cancel order. I have written emails with no responses at all. My debit card company has opened a claim for me now and are working on a charge back. I also wish I had read reviews before ordering. The funny thing is I am not a fan of ordering online at all. I very much prefer to support local businesses. My daughter wanted each of us to have the same bracelet and it was beautiful so I ordered. Sticking with stores I can walk into.

I am a prior customer who in the past received bracelets. I ordered again, immediate charge to my card, text stating receipt of order but no shipment, busy signal on their phone, no responses to other complaints on their fb page. seems they disappeared since July but are still taking money and orders. how can this be legal and continuing. thieves.

Hope everyone knows by now not to shop with this company. I ordered 2 bracelets on July 24 and never received. It even shows status as “ unfulfilled “ on their website. I filed a claim with my credit card for the $54.98 that I was charged and Citi bank gave me a credit until they could investigate. Now I am furious with my credit card company. Prana told them that I had received the merchandise and the charge would be added back. Ridiculous! I have been their customer for several years and they believe this company over me. I will be contact Citi Bank now.

I'm kicking myself for not researching this company before I ordered from them. It's been months, and I haven't gotten my order. I reported it to the credit card company I used for my order but not sure they're going to do anything. Then I got a notice a week ago saying my order was shipped but all they did was make a label. It hasn't actually gotten to the post office. I'm not expecting to receive anything and if I do, according to reviews, it will probably be very low quality.

BEWARE! do not buy from this company they will take your money and you will not receive anything, i've been waiting for 8 months for a wrap that i purchased and still after a dozen emails and attempted phone calls,
NOTHING NOT EVEN A SIMPLE RESPONSE, THEY SHOULD NOT EVEN BE ALLOWED TO DO BUSINESS

I must agree with all of the other reviews I have seen. (Wish I would have wrote them before).
I started this process in December. I have sent several emails and had absolutely no response other than "thanks we will answer you ASAP" ha ha. They did continue to send me discounts and asking me how much i life their product.....the one I don't have. I just received it today 4 months and 7 emails later.
Would not use them again although the bracelet feels good and well made. sad.
I disagree with negative energy as we can always change the energy with ours.

Horrible horrible horrible don't buy . I tried so hard to get a return/refund. It's been over a month now and no one's gotten back to me after the first time. I refused the package I didn't even open it , It was easy to send it back at the post office. I sent evidence in email of me sending it back and no one has gotten back to me . I want my money back . Don't use this company.

I received my product(s) as ordered. I am satisfied (so far). Anyone who says this company is surrounded by bad karma should meditate and consider that everything negative they put out there comes bouncing back... Peace !
