I purchased the travel bag. It is amazing! Cute and sturdy. Definitely recommend.

I bought my original Converta bag a few years ago and have taken it everywhere, literally from shopping, traveling to working out in the field, and it has held up well. I finally managed to wear it to the point I wanted to get another and found they were doing an awesome sale so I got 2 in different colors instead! They've made some nice upgrades since I got my original bag. These are amazng bags that let me organize my things and carry them in any way I need to for comfort.

Absolutely terrible quality of n the straps. I have only used this bag a few times lightly to hold my music and water bottle going to choir practice. Carried from car into church and the handles are disintegrating. Thank goodness I didn't take this bag on a trip as originally planned. Very disappointed.

1. Postage took a very long time and when the bag finally arrived it had a very strong chemical smell that lasted about a week.
2. The bag itself is quite heavy for a personal item bag and the shape is not practical to wear any of the 3 ways advertised.
3. The front hidden pocket is extremely impractical. I have tiny hands and wrists but found the opening way too small. You also can’t put more than one or two items in there otherwise you have to blindly root around with your hand and guess if you have found the item you are looking for.
4. The price of the bag for what you get is outrageous. Not even a YKK zipper. The zipper used feels very rough and keeps getting caught on the corners.

Overall I would have thought a bag that was apparently designed by a flight attendant, would have been more practical. I would recommend to save your pennies on this one and buy a different bag.

I ordered on 9 June - delivery was 4-10 days. It’s 1st July today I’ve still to receive the bag and I’m writing this review from my plane seat as I’m flying today! Have no need for the bag now have asked for full refund but I expect to get messed around and shafted! Dreadful customer service! Do not recommend!

Who want a bag for everyday use.

I bought a bag from this brand because my mother saw it on social media and loved it. Since she is a bit older and doesn't really know how to do it, she asked me to handle the purchase for her.
I had a problem receiving the package, and the package was returned to the sender... a disaster...

Now comes the good part: I contacted Pragma and explained the situation to them, and they sent the bag again without me having to pay anything. I was really surprised!

You may or may not like the bag (my mother is absolutely in love with it), but the human quality of the Pragma Style team is unbeatable.

Overall I like my choice of the blue V style.
For me, the weight is a bit much. I could tell as soon as I picked up the parcel. I have to carry medications etc as well as normal bag stuff, so when I have my essentials ready to go I find it difficult to get on my back.
With a bit of help from hubby it's okay. It doesn't feel heavy once I have it on.

The Converta bag was often advertised on Instagram and I finally gave in and bought the smaller one. I have now purchased a second in a different colour - just wish they offered a blue, white or red option too. Very practical for work, can comfortably carry around all my belongings and everything is safe and secure. Very happy with the purchase

I bought this bag through an ad on instagram. The ad made me believe the product was Swiss and the delivery time within Switzerland would be 5 working days. The delivery took more than one month from China.

The bag itself looks nice but is far less practical than expected. A standard size water bottle does not fit in the pocket made for it, the strap to go around the handle of a suitcase is far too tight and small, the two seperat fabric straps are not exactly the same colour as the bag, are heavy & it's a hassle to change them round. I'm also not sure if the fake leather handles won't expand themselves to shoulder straps, when the bag is full & heavy.

Overall, it looks nice but I regret buying it as I am not able to use it as I had planned - specifically for travelling.

I ordered a V Style bag in black on the 2nd May 2024.

On the 7 May, I was told that it was on the way using DHL tracking number -

It is now the 24 May and I have still not received my bag.

Good quality bag. Very practical and excellent for travel and day excursions

Pragmastyle is a very good firm and my Converta Bag is a beautiful bag, very chic, very useful, very roomy, I recommend it!

The regular sized Converta bag is a bit small for my needs. On the ads it said you could have a change of clothes and your lunch in there, but it's a bit of a tight fit if you're also putting your water bottle inside. The "backpack" straps are very handy, but not as comfortable if the bag is full and heavy and the stitching is low quality and is already unravelling. The many pockets are great and haven't used the strap that could hook it onto a carry-on, but that could be very useful.

I received my purchase. Straight after making the purchase, I emailed service to make a change. They agreed upon it. But I received my order without the change made.

I have since had some correspondence but after a few weeks, have heard nothing from service.

They thought of every detail when they designed this bag as it has a pocket for everything, including an easily-accessible magnet pocket for a cellphone on the front which comes in super handy. And everything has a zipper to keep the contents safe, which is very important.

I also really like the fact that when used as a backpack, the bag sits flat on my back and doesn't stick out like most backpacks. This makes for an easier train commute as it doesn't get in anyone's way. And, if I feel like it, I can also carry it by the handles. Also, when I get to work, it's flexible enough so that I can store it in my desk drawer. The versatility of this bag is very impressive!

It also has a strap on the back that can be pulled over a carry-on bag handle, which I look forward to trying out on my next trip!

All in all, great bag and I am very happy with my purchase!"

Fabulous customer Service

I must mention that when I placed the order I accidentally entered the wrong address, I sent a message to customer service and they fixed it. The bag didn't take long to arrive. It's so nice and bigger than I expected. I will be using this bag in a few weeks for a trip to South Korea.

I liked the size, inner pockets and 2 water bottle holders. I found the main zipper very stiff and a struggle to go all around to clip into the other ring. The backpack harnesses aren’t that comfortable. They “cut in” more than other products that have more padding.
