I cannot recommend PRADD Tours enough. From the very beginning, they spent so much time prepping us for our Morocco trip-walking us through every detail, explaining the best routes, and thoughtfully recommending an itinerary that truly made sense for how we wanted to travel.

They also connected us with an absolutely fabulous driver who quickly became like family. He added so much heart, ease, and authenticity to our experience, and it honestly wouldn't have been the same without him.

Throughout the entire journey, PRADD Tours was incredibly attentive and responsive. We always felt supported, cared for, and confident that we were in great hands. I've already recommended them to several friends, and I will definitely be using them again for future trips. If you're planning Morocco, this is the team you want.

Pradd Tours took such good care of us on our Thailand trip — they genuinely made the whole holiday effortless. Raj and his team did a fantastic job in helping woth pur trip to Marrakesh. It was outstanding service from first contact to a seamless transition on arrival in Marrakesh. The villas were stunning and aside from the weather, it was a great trip.

With a diverse group of around 20 individuals, ages spanning from 4 to 72, everything was perfectly coordinated. PRADD Tours took care of all our needs, from airport pickups to hotel accommodations in Kochi, Munnar, Thekkady, and even a luxurious houseboat excursion. Our family holiday was excellently planned from Pradd Tours. From the moment we landed in Colombo we met our driver who was with us for the whole week. The whole holiday had a personal touch. What stood out and was important to us :
- The driver is more of a personal concierge / tour guide who arranged everything on our behalf. Somehow he seemed to know all the roads, alleys and paths across Sri Lanka!
- The trip was planned tailored made for us. Pradd Tours (Raj) came up with many recommendations, listened to what we generally prefer as a family, recommended what itineraries would better suit us and through this process we narrowed it down to the perfect itinerary for us!
- Due to Pradd tour's intimate knowledge of Sri Lanka they provided us with a feel of what to expect ahead of time which is important visiting a new place especial when travelling with small children. From food recommendations, travel and trip durations and timings, hotel expectations (down to the room details)
- The accommodation selection was terrific! Heritance kandilama is one of the greatest and unique hotes. Colombo Cinnamon hotel was super luxurious and exactly what we needed for the last day relaxing and exploring Colombo.
- car was a very comfortable mini bus and driving was very smooth and safe which is important in the roads of Sri Lanka (trust me).
- Our guide made amazing recommendations and gave us a lot of choices and details for each so we could select what was best for us. It was the right balance of putting ideas forward without being pushy.
- Sri Lanka is a beautiful country in every way. The people, scenery, food and unbelievable nature. Definitely worth a visit (and revisit soon). But the experiences we made were down to the great itinerary, guidance and personal service we had from Pradd tours! It would nit have been such an experience without Pradd.

PRADD Tours arranged everything from airport pick ups all the hotels in Kochi, Munnar, thekkady and a luxury house boat tour. Each place we were met by a tour guide to show us around and help us get the addition info we wouldn't have done if we were to do it alone. It was also my son and dad's birthdays for which PRADD Tours arranged cakes at the hotel for us to cut with dinner. Any issues on the trip they were available to contact and arrange for us. They definitely went the extra mile to make the holding as stress free and enjoyable as possible.

I just got back from the most incredible holiday in Sri Lanka, all thanks to PRADD Tours, and I can't stop talking about how great everything was! From the moment we landed and were picked up at the airport, it was clear that this trip was going to be something special.
