The lessons are very helpful in my study of Portuguese.

I love everything about this site and the support and answers to questions are fantastic. They have a great feature for downloading an audio version of your flashcards so you can listen and speak then review the cards in a batch.

Great training in real European Portuguese, not Brazilian. Early training focuses on the things I wanted to know first, like greetings and common exchanges. Has excellent pronunciation assistance, with both normal speed and slow speed, plus feedback on my own pronunciation. This is an excellent program, with everything I want but had a hard time trying to find.

Rui, Joel, and the rest of the team at Practice Portuguese have done a superb job of crafting a platform to learn European Portuguese in a fun and enjoyable way. The lessons are structured by complexity with each lesson having numerous grammar, vocab, and speaking exercises. On top of that, there are lots of podcasts and ¨Shorties" that help to greatly improve listening comprehension. One of my favorite bits of the website is the translator; it's a convenient tool to help me get a better understanding of how European Portuguese grammar actually works in context when writing and speaking. Overall, this learning program is great for building confidence in European Portuguese as well as a useful complement to other learning opportunities like speaking with real native speakers. I cannot recommend Practice Portuguese enough.

I have been struggling with learning european portuguese for sometime so when I came across Practice Portuguese I decided to give it a go. It has exceeded all my expectations and I feel I am making really good progress. There is so much available to help and I am really happy to have chosen this learning experience. To anyone who hesitating, dive in its awesome.

Excellent teaching platform if you're a disciplined, diligent student. There is a vast database of questions and answers, lessons can be repeated and difficult aspects marked for later revision and practise. The teaching methodology is exactly what I was looking for. The price is also very reasonable for the quality of the service. Parabens!

The smart learning is great especially for on the go and repeated practice. I like that I can work through the lessons at my own pace. The lessons are pitched at the right level and progression for me and I like that they are all short but also quite repetitive. I am slowly learning my Portuguese at the pace that works for me. I am not in Portugal often enough to really immerse myself and learn but I feel that I am beginning to understand more when I am there and I am gaining a little more confidence in trying to speak Portuguese. I would like a bit more vocabulary support along the way and would like to be able to look up a word in vocab without loosing my place in the concurrent lesson.

I love the teachers, they make learning a difficult language fun. They use podcasts, videos, little video stories so that you can learn to understand people talking, one of the most challenging aspects of Portuguese. Its an interactive course.

Great way to learn Portuguese! The spaced repetition on the flashcards is an especially great feature. I like that you can pick what words and phrases are relevant to add to the flashcards. I started with the podcast (which is also excellent!) and later started using the website. The learning units are thoughtfully put together and a good length. I also appreciate that all the units are unlocked from the beginning. This helped me to focus on learning things that I needed to use in real life. Highly recommend!!

I love Practiceportuguese.com and have been a member for several years. It never ceases to amaze me the quality and depth of the content of their website. There is so much information and it is all presented in an interesting and above all, fun way. Practice Portuguese is suited for all levels. It's so accessible for beginners and still challenges the most advanced learners of Portuguese.

This course is a systematic approach to learning Portuguese from A1 onwards. I have studied Portuguese in Finland for about one year and feel that going through the A1 improves my skills rather rapidly. The materials are also interesting and even funny once in a while.
