Pros:
- Numerical and verbal reasoning tests for SOVA assessments were mostly similar to the real test
- User interface is decent
Cons:
- The price is high, and the company does not allow the use of single-use virtual credit cards to pay, which was a red flag.
- Numerical reasoning tests were poorly formatted. Many graphs did not have labelled axes and the solutions were difficult to follow as they were crammed into a small text box.
- Only half of the verbal reasoning tests followed the actual test formula. The second half (15 tests) was a completely different format and much easier than the actual test.
All in all, it was beneficial to become familiar with the test format and time constraints

It's scam. This company engages in deceptive practices. They have auto-renewal enabled by default without any prior notification. Additionally, they did not send any email notification after the renewal occurred. I only became aware of the auto-renewal a day later through my credit card statement, at which point I immediately canceled the subscription. When I contacted customer support, they acknowledged their awareness of this issue but refused to issue a refund, stating, ‘There will be no refund. You failed to cancel the membership, resulting in auto-renewal.

The real exam questions were so much different. These were just generic questions which I could find on other free platform. So gutted. I wish I could get my money back that I spent on this garbage.

The Psychometric free test is encouraging, as it exposes the candidate to real life exam situation and what to expect. It will be interesting if the answers/feedbacks are sent across immediately to the candidate after ending the test, so as to measure strength and weakness, as well as readiness.

Never ever give these dogs your credit card details. They will keep deducting money out of your card, won’t return emails and theres no phone number to call. You give them your credit card details expect to get shafted!

Sample test content was non relevant and useless to train for actual test

I thought this platform would be useful for the job I am applying for (Shell Graduate program)
But the test on the website I was practicing is different from the test you will be giving which just beats the whole purpose of buying a subscription on the platform !!
Customer Support says they will reach out in 24 hours but guess what? they don't :)
If you have money to waste go ahead or else I do not recommend
Edit: The answers for the text are correct but the solutions are incorrect. So If you happen to buy the subscription and practice test, I suggest you check all numerical answers yourself.

I've been using this for our in-house training and exam prep for various roles. The range of practice tests and the depth of feedback provided is impressive. It offers clear insights into areas for improvement. It took me a while to get the team using it, but it's really caught on lately.

Interesting
It gave me a clear insight on the possible challenges you could face in your business . Getting the opportunity to see different approaches to every situation and picking the one that best describes my personality gave me an idea of what approach would I have in situations.

I have been scammed twice by this lot. I purchased a subscription for my daughter in 2022 and was double charged. They refunded me. I cancelled the subscription in 2023 and after receiving confirmation of the cancellation, they still charged me. For 2 months, they tried every trick in the book to get me to go away and now they have said I will be refunded. I will wait and see. And the rest of you, listen to me when I say you will regret the day you entered your card details. I hope you like checking your statements.

The testing was efficient, with useful explanations and plenty of testing available - you can even search by employer. The Watson Glazer Tests were very useful. Also experienced the swift and thorough customer service, Paris was very helpful in assisting me. Would definitely recommend this service.

Updated review: I have changed my rating from 1 stars to 3 stars after I finally received a refund over 6 weeks later. Still not overly impressed - being offered access as an apology when I had already paid for access doesn’t really cut it.
Avoid at all costs. I paid for Premium Access and the money came out of my account. I cannot access the content despite “Paris” from Support telling me I can if I refresh the page. When I asked for a refund after several days of getting nowhere, they said that they couldn’t as they never received any money from me. My bank account tells a different story. They told me to go through my bank to cancel the payment, Bullsh*t. Scammers. Avoid.

Provides a free taste of presumably the real deal of testing. Generous.

The most memorable thing that i will not forget is the discussion and feedback given back to me. We focused on areas of improvement and the interpretation of the report itself.
That is what makes you different i hope you will continue to do this because some candidates do not afford to do this.

Wow! Surprising how the brain confuses itself! I took a similar test on joining the Army in the early 1970's...I wasn't very good then either. This type of test is a valuable tool for assessing a would-be recruit's aptitude and thinking processes.

The test was very compelling and needed a lot of attention and dedication. It was mind bending and needed the knowledge of mathematics particularly percentages, economics and fractions. It needed speedy and efficient reply to finish the questions. It was a high rated quiz.

It can improve a bit by providing 1 or 2 more tests that are free accessible without subscription. Also expanding a bit into the fundamentals of accounting.

Good Practice
Overall test is timed and not individual questions. Plus it is not adaptive and difficulty level is low.

Time management
I liked that the test had a wide range of answers to questions, but I disliked the intensity of the questions themselves
