SCAM

I only wish I'd read other trustpilot reviews first. I have had the same experience as others. I booked a novice intensive course 48hours. They called and confirmed and sent receipt by email and took my money.... then vanished in to thin air. No number to call to enquire about time frames, website doesn't connect any more, email bounces back. Nobody has been in touch for any lessons and the test centre has no record of test being booked. Going through credit card company to claim money back. Definitely a scam.

It’s scam!!

It’s scam!!! Avoid this driving school at all costs. They don’t answer phone calls, don’t reply to emails, and completely ignore students once they’ve taken your money. It’s highly unprofessional and feels like a scam.
I’m shocked there’s no proper regulation for these kinds of businesses. People are paying for a service and getting nothing in return. The government or transport authorities need to step in and take control to protect learners from being exploited.
Very disappointed

I paid for 10hrs lessons including the test which they said its been allocated to me for January 15th. No test booked or reference from DVSA regarding test. After 1 months of calling and asking why my test is not coming up on the government website. I got an email from an instructor telling me to book my first lesson for January. Now I got an email yesterday saying I have been refunded. I think this company is not Genuine. Beware of Scammers.

I Had to Report This Company to Action Fraud

I booked a driving course with Practical Pass in November 2025 and immediately experienced serious issues. I was never given a DVSA test reference number, proof of a confirmed test, or any verified instructor details—only a name with no ADI number or credentials. No instructor ever contacted me.
When I asked for evidence of the test they claimed to have booked, I received only vague, repeated explanations and no documentation. Their process did not match DVSA procedures, and their communication raised multiple red flags.
They have stated that a refund has been issued, which I am now waiting to appear.
I have reported this to Action Fraud so other learners are protected. I strongly advise anyone considering this service to proceed with extreme caution.
