PPC ninja managed my account for 2 years now and does a really good job. They are great at launching new products at low ACOS while still gaining a lot of sales, and have very good systems in place to always be growing the account strategically.

The software looks excellent from what I've seen on Youtube, but unfortunately, it seems their online presence have severely declined, and support hasn't answered us in 4 days regarding an issue with our free trial :(

Its a shame because it looks like an excellent software, and Ritu seems very passionate about PPC. But if support is unresponsive and their blogs have gone dry, it isn't a good sign.

People of PPC NINJA are very friendly and helpful. They manage my PPC on Amazon US, UK, and JP. I am so satisfied with them.

PPC Ninja has been a great addition to my Amazon FBA business, I'm all about automating tasks, and they are doing it in a way that is bringing consistent growth to my business, very pleased with their service, and highly recommend them.

Great communication and clear goals. PPC Ninja is one of the most affordable agencies out there, but still provides high quality work without hiding anything. I've worked with a few agencies in the past that claimed X worked but refused to explain why. This agency is transparent.

Customer service and the software have unfortunately gone downhill very quickly. It has stopped connecting properly and changes made don’t always go through so I can not recommend it. Hopefully their developers pay attention to all the issues and get this fixed asap, until then beware as it started off as a decent software, but now it doesn’t work well (August 2024). Also concerning that their customer support has been taking 3-4 days on average. Software companies should keep customer service and updating their software as a top priority.

Difficult to recommend at this point. When working the software is great. It’s really good. Customer support is fantastic and very polite, pretty quick to reply and has been very knowledgeable. The issue for me is the speed. It runs so slow, and it is always freezing. I use a powerful Mac with no other issues and run fibre for my net. Been using for about 3 months, and it has 100% improved my PPC performance… But it feels like almost every-time I use it, the program freezes, or runs painfully slow. Have swapped browsers once which was a temporary fix. Has real potential but these problems have got to get sorted.

After attending PPC Ninja for 4 weekly classes, nothing can be explained more than my action. I decided to subscribe to this invaluable PPC Management tool with confidence immediately, I will review here again 3 to 4 months later.

We moved our Amazon PPC management to PPC Ninja after having a plateau in sales for 6 months. With their help, we are back to 5-10% month over month growth while keeping our TACOS less the 15%. We have a dedicated account manager and the higher managers are always accessible if we need additional support.

The entire PPC Ninja team has been effective and so very pleasant to work with. They are responsive to my organization's needs, even when our needs are obtuse. They are super responsive and they are transparent with their reporting, which I greatly appreciate as a small business owner. I 100% recommend PPC Ninja.

It saves the user a lot of time and you always have the option to make your own decisions.
