Positive experience

I purchased a product in the online shop in early January. Customer service promptly contacted me and told me that the delivery times would be a bit long due to the Covid blockages and excessive holiday shipments, offering me the opportunities, in a very clear and professional way, to wait or cancel the order with full refund. I waited and after two weeks the product arrived. Perfect product, fantastic and well packed and a good price. Very reasonable shipping costs. Recommended service!
