Just had a conversation with Mark at PPC Geeks and he spent 30 minutes on a call with me explaining how I could improve my website and marketing. I just wanted to point out that nobody else in this space seems to understand how much giving genuine advice and free time to someone actually means.
Every other marketing agency I’ve spoken to has been all talk, promising results but mainly focused on taking your money first. This is the first time I’ve come across a marketing agency where it genuinely didn’t feel like it was all about time and money straight away.
Mark was honest, helpful and clearly knew what he was talking about. Based on this experience alone, I’ll definitely be going with PPC Geeks moving forward. Highly recommended.

Very disappointed with the service.
We are an optician and worked with PPC Geeks for around 6–8 months. During that time, I received very little communication from them, and the overall performance in terms of increasing eye test appointments was very disappointing.
At one point, we even doubled our budget to £100 per day, but the results remained unsatisfactory. Throughout the entire six months of service, I never received a single phone call from their PPC team.
Additionally, we received many phone calls from people looking for a completely different optician, which meant a significant portion of our advertising budget was wasted. On top of that, they did not add enough relevant keywords during the entire campaign period, which likely limited the effectiveness of our ads.
Overall, we were very disappointed with the service and the results delivered.

For clarity, this review relates to The PPC Team, our sister company which provides a lower-cost, email-based PPC management service. This model is designed to maximise ad spend efficiency with communication handled primarily via email, usually within the same day and always within 24 hours, unlike the full concierge service call-based support offered by PPC Geeks.
Throughout your time with us, all messages were responded to promptly and detailed monthly reports were shared to keep you informed of campaign performance. We also followed up several times requesting feedback on the quality of leads so we could make data-led adjustments. Unfortunately, without that insight it can be difficult to identify whether calls and enquiries are converting as intended.
Regarding the calls you received from people seeking other opticians, those originated from an existing competitor campaign that predated our takeover, something we worked to reduce through targeting improvements and negative keyword updates.
We appreciate that the distinction between the two service levels and communication styles may not have been perfectly clear at the outset. Your feedback has been shared internally so we can continue refining how we set expectations and support clients going forward.

Only had the initial audit call but I have been incredibly impressed from initial outreach, right through to the audit call. The two people we've engaged with thus far have been great, and Mark who we spoke to was fantastic - open, honest, clear. I had high hopes for PPC Geeks but…
I had high hopes for PPC Geeks but unfortunately, they failed to understand our business and advertising needs. They made sweeping assumptions without asking for any context or gathering the necessary information. the business primarily grew through referrals, and we’ve only recently started transitioning to a self-service app. We didn't run many ads before due to our team handling claims over the phone, not because we didn’t want to invest in ads.
Instead of taking the time to ask the right questions, PPC Geeks immediately dismissed us as a "bad fit." They made assumptions about our account’s performance and were quick to judge, which felt more like a lack of effort on their part than anything else.
Their response lacked any real effort to understand our business model or goals, and the overall experience left me frustrated and disappointed. If you’re looking for a partner who genuinely listens and tailors their approach to your business, I would strongly advise looking elsewhere.
