I recently started using this app, and although I encountered a few issues, the customer service team (Mithsou) was extremely helpful and stayed with me until everything was resolved. The issue is now fixed, and I’m back on track.

While evaluating Powr.io products, I had a fantastic support experience. Mithsou answered my chat request promptly, allowed me to bounce ideas around, and provided me excellent responses. Either wasn't Ai, or Ai was so good, I couldn't tell. Even quickly provided me trial access to their premium versions of their products within minutes of me requesting it.

The forms are very poor. Customer service is very bad, with them accusing their customers of wild accusations. I just advise people to use caution when downloading any app, as it can be very dangerous to both your website safety and protecting personal information. This company needs to have some oversight, as of right now it is very poorly managed

updated: What is this guys problem? He keeps saying we violated their policy, when it is their own system that flagged it when we attempted to fix it. This guy is mental.

They cut off my account accusing me of using forms inappropriate. My customers required add personal information for appointments. Apparently this company stores all messages from your customers. Sorry but my customers information is private. So I went to delete the forms that they claimed was a problem, and was instantly banned after trying delete the problem forms. After that, They lied claiming I went against their policy, but I was just doing what they said and removing the items they said. Then they turn around and accuse me of doing something, when i was doing what they told me to do.
